I absolutely love my car! I first dealt with a woman named Miriam who was SO kind, and then with a boy named Kameron. I dealt with a Manager to named Scott Proctor. He was SO nice! My car had “custom items” put on it and it didnt take long at all. It is beautiful. It was a great buying experience for me. I will/would def buy a car from them again, as well as recommend them to friends. I LOVE the car!!!!!! I just put a little over 500 miles on it today. I really enjoy driving it. Thank you all again!

On March 12th ( 2016 ) my boyfriend and I went to East Coast Honda to search for a used Honda. We were greeted by Mike Collins & he was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me!! On the test drive he was very thorough in answering all of my questions & was able to accommodate my budget for the car & I decided to purchase the car that day! After the purchase of the car , Mike took the time to go over every detail about all of the functions of the car & answer all of my questions to satisfaction. my 2013 Fit was recalled for a faulty airbag. I got in touch with Jeremy Hull at East Coast Honda and expressed to him my concern. Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from salesman Jeremy Hull. Everything about this process was great. He spent time with my wife & I showing us vehicles, explaining features, & answering all our questions. East Coast didn't have the color we wanted but found one in less than an hour and had it for us the next day. Jeremy went to bat for us getting the best possible trade in for our car. We just purchased a 2016 CRV EX from East Coast Honda last week (4/5/16). Jeremy Hull was our salesperson and he was extremely easy to work with, very accommodating and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda. We were pleased with the price they gave us for our 9 year old Accord and the 0% financing. This is our third Honda from East Coast (we also have a 2012 Civic) and we will continue to return to them when we want to upgrade. Honda cars are extremely reliable with minimal maintenance. I had an appointment and agreed on a price over the internet. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was no where to be found. They said it had been sold. After two weeks went by the vehicle was still there. They will lie and lie. I am a previous customer and will never go there again. Do not trust these people.

My name is Joseph Parisi. I came down to Myrtle Beach for vacation and during my stay I attempted to purchase a van from East Coast Honda. After a couple days of negotiating we settled on a price for an EX-L Odyssey that we had test driven just the previous day around the dealership. The vehicle had included Bluetooth, sunroof, radio, heated seats, GPS, etc. We waited for them to finish servicing the vehicle and when we were taken back out to do a final overview of our new van our salesperson, Bill Trollinger, began pointing out the features of the vehicle. He did NOT mention anything about the GPS. So I asked him how I turn on the GPS and he looked at me and said “this van has no GPS”. This made me furious! I went inside to see the general sales manager Scott Proctor and he just looked at me like I was stupid. I am convinced they tried to pull a fast one on me and I demanded my check back from the general sales manager Scott Proctor and for all of my items to be returned to my original Town and Country. This kind of deceitful and dishonest business practice is shameful and has lost all of my respect and trust. Please look into this and expose them for the [non-permissible content removed] they are! The public deserves to know about what they tried to get away with!

I had seen these reviews on Edmunds and went to this dealer reluctantly. From the start, I was pleasantly surprised. The saleman, Mike Collins, was low-key, professional, and very helpful. We ended up buying the vehicle the next day after doing some price shopping. The manager, Scott, was highly professional and straightforward in negotiating the deal. Throughout the process there was no pressure, just an honest "here is what we can do." You might find a better deal somewhere else, but I think you will be very pleased with having visited this dealership for a quote. After buying the car, I went to the parts department to buy some floor mats and again was surprised that the mats were value priced and staff very friendly and helpful.

Went to purchase a SUV the Sales person Melissa Demarco, is the worse person, she will promise you the world until you start dealing with her than, she will not call you back, will not answer her phone, due too because she is busy. Watch out the Finance dept, will run your credit, and send it to many banks and you will take hits on them. Don't Trust these people. They don't care .. Stay away !!!!

Went to East Coast with the intendtion of buying a CRV. I recived a worksheet with a decent price and took it home becasue I did not want black and thats all they had. They would "locate a CRV with my color choice" for me. I went back to get paperwork started and my sales person was not there and another salesperson insisted I could not buy a CRV at the price indicated on the work sheet (I forgot)The Sales manager said they "forgot" to add the "Mop and Glo" extranous pin striping and wheel locks worth about $1700 more whihc is why my lease was only $327 on an EXL with NAV. In the mean time I decided I should then shop around. Hendricks Honda in Charleston not only met their price but beat it on an in stock white model But I went back to East Coast in good faith and asked about getting other than black. I was told the deal I got was only good on the black one in stock!! So I went to Hendricks Honda 100 miles away and bought a Pearl White CRV EX-L with nav for less money. I am not complaining about East Coast but the difference in "culture" at both dealerships is very clear. If you cannot get satisfaction a East Coast you can shop in Charleston as well.

I have now purchased a 2nd Honda from East Coast , because my first purchase was such a pleasant experience. My recent experience was just as positive. They answered all my questions, replied to my queries in a prompt fashion, were not at all high pressure and were very fair and competitive relative to price. I will certainly do business with them again.

I am normally a Ford man. Diehard Ford man. And I distrust all car salesmen implicitly. But my wife purchased a used Honda Ellement from East Coast Honda, and we have been dealing with them every since. They have changed my opinion about Car Salesmen, at least at this dealer. I have come away from there every time not feeling like I've been lied to or taken advantage of or that I was a waste of their time, and feeling like they just wasted mine. Quite the cotrary actuall. The folks at East Coast Honda have impressed me, the unimpressable. I have actually enjoyed my times at East Coast Honda. During the sale, and during scheduled services. Everyone who I have met there, from the lady at the front desk to the sales reps on the floor and the mechanics in the service department make you feel like YOU are the reason that they are there that day. They make you feel welcome and at ease. I have actually been inpressed with this dealership as a whole. I wish there were more dealerships run like this one. I dont know what they do differently, but whatever it is that they have, they have got it down pat!
