Do Not Buy any where else but from Taylor George & Dick Brooks Honda!

We have purchased many vehicles from dealers all over since being in NC starting in 1998. All experiences were mediocre at best but driving is better than walking. We were in the market for two new Honda vehicles and after walking out of the local Honda dealer a few times we jumped on Edmund's to get quotes from other dealers. We live in Hendersonville NC and we received quotes from 5 total dealers including our local Honda dealer where we had previously purchased from two years ago. After speaking with them all many times negotiating the deal Dick Books by far had the best price, worked the hardest, got us exactly what we wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Usually at best things stop there with most dealers. They stayed in contact with us, followed up many times after the sell, honored ever last detail and genuinely seemed to care about us as customers and not just how much money they could try to make and then move on to the next client. We've never ever had such a great experience with a dealer and we will not consider purchasing vehicles anywhere else unless we move to far away and then we would consider buying from them still if they will ship it to us! We just can't say enough about this wonderful experience & how pleased we are with Taylor George. You won't be sorry if you do business with them and I'd bet you a nice dinner on it!

I researched for months prior to buying my car. It was first time buying a new car, and would be my first time with a Honda. I new the exact make, model, trim, and color I wanted and Taylor George made the whole process as simple as possible. When I told her what I wanted she made me the best deal of all other dealerships (and I definitely checked other dealerships) and was willing to work with me and my timeline and budget. The car is fantastic, the dealership warranty is fantastic, and the employees are fantastic.

10-4-14 Working with Sharon Grillo and Charles Ray was an absolute pleasure. They were honest, fair and did what they said they would do. They gave me the best pricing hands down, of any other dealer. This has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!! I will definitely tell everyone I know looking to purchase a car to go see Sharon and Charlie!! They made experience pleasant and fun! I've never had fun buying a car before!!

July I bought my 3rd Honda Fit in 5 years. Lyman T has a sales approach that beats any salesman I've ever dealt with. He's a very good salesman and very comfortable to work with. Dick B has every department dedicated to their customers. I've been dealing with Dick Brooks for 5 years and highly recommend this dealership for the sales, service and financial department. I won't go anywhere else! I'm so happy I found a dealership that treats me right.

I bought my 4-door Honda Civic Si over a year ago, and remain extremely pleased with it. I had traded in my 3 year old 2-door Civic Si (also purchased with Sharon), because, though I liked it, I missed the convenience of 4 doors. I always know I will get a great deal, feel no pressure, and be treated like family--I have never had such wonderful experiences buying cars anywhere else. So, when my best friend's daughter wanted to buy a Honda Fit, I took her straight to Greer, and Sharon, at Dick Brooks Honda. She was delighted with the dealership, was impressed with the personalized attention, and went home that day with her new car. She is still raving about the experience! Once again, Thanks Sharon!

Sharon G I have been purchasing cars for over 54 years. Sharon G is without question the best new car sales person I have done business with. She listens attenatively to my concerns and helps me with my buying decision, with NO selling pressure applied. Even the unpleasant process of price negotion was pleasant and satisfying. Completing the sales process was done in a quick, efficient, professional manner. I have purchased 2 new cars from Sharon and will purchase my next one from her also ---without shopping around!

Great Internet Purchase Experience

We have purchased three new Honda's through Sharon G over the internet. From the valuation of our trade in vehicle, price of the new vehicle, efficiency of the paperwork, to delivery, the experience has been excellent. We drove from NE Tennessee to Greer NC in a couple of hours and probably only spent an hour in the dealership. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Dick Brooks Honda this way!

Wow! Buying a car is right up there with buying a house..STRESSFUL...not with this dealership and Taylor or Sharon. I had a super experience and actually look forward to buying my next car here. Like most consumers buying an automobile, I always feel less than satisfied after such a big purchase wondering if I just got taken to the cleaners. After dealing with James M, initially felt only moderately satisfied with the price agreement. However my opinion changed after the experience I had the following week when I purchased another vehicle from a different dealer. At the end of the price point agreement there suddenly appeared an additional $925.00 in fees which they did not negotiate. At Dick Brooks Honda, James was very forth coming and transparent with any additional charges which were minimal compared to the aforementioned dealer. This additional charge was put forward at the front of our conversation not after the negotiation was deemed completed. Furthermore, there was no pressure to make a deal. I recommend doing business with James M who represents honesty and integrity for Dick Brooks Honda, something that is missing in many facets of this industry.

This is a repeat experience with Ms Sharon G the Internet Sales Consultant and her Assistant Matthew S. They know their products and are not high pressure. Sharon is there to help you and knows her job and responsibilities. She is a Top Salesperson for Honda in the US.

Sharon G. has just sold me my second Honda from Dick Brooks Honda. We put this sale together on both internet, phone and personal visits. Sharon is a truly top sales person with outstanding product knowledge. She does not promises that cannot be filled. I checked one other Honda dealer. Sharon was able to beat the other dealers trade-in and offered a lower sales price - "out the door". Sharon's assistant, Matthew S., was an asset to Sharon and helped me with the detailed orientation of the sound system, dash board and important controls. He knows his product and made me feel very comfortable for the first drive home to Columbus, NC.

My car buying experience has been minimum and all experiences I have had before Dick Brooks Honda have been bad. The experience at Dick Brooks Honda has restored my faith in car dealerships and the salesman working for them. Mr Morgan made my experience informative, exciting and fun! He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and secure that I was getting a great safe car for a great price. Everyone was so nice. Mr Jenson in finance was extremely helpful in helping me to understand the warranties and the financal aspect of the deal. Because of the environment they set and the personalities of the people working there I will forever be a Dick Brooks Honda buyer.

Dick Brooks Honda in Greer, SC, saved me when I was having a terrible experience with a different dealer in NC. I was looking for a specific new Honda Fit (orange Sport with manual transmission). My local dealer told me no such car could be found in a four-state area & that I'd probably have to wait 30-60 days for that model (so they tried to fob different models off on me). But I found just the car I wanted via cars.com at DBHonda--which, btw, IS in the search area. It was sitting right on their lot! I had more problems with the NC dealers, but DBHonda totally restored my faith in the possibility of a car dealership with integrity & an honest concern for the welfare of the buyer. A special shout out to Matt McAlister in Sales for being straightforward, helpful, courteous, & informative. Also thanks to David Jensen, business manager, for the financing arrangements. I've never bought a car over the Internet, & I must say it was much easier than I imagined. My DBHonda friends saw to that, by drawing up all the paperwork & making sure every detail of the transaction was clear. They accepted a trade-in sight unseen, honoring the offer I had been given in NC, & gave me a great rate on the financing. Talk about service! My new Honda Fit was transported FREE of any charges right to my door, & my trade-in was taken away in return. Wow! The paperwork was all organized--all I did was sign, & that beautiful car I wanted was mine within two days of contacting Dick Brooks. Did I mention that the price was even cheaper than here in NC? Altogether a rewarding & satisfying experience, with great people who really wanted to get things right for me. My new Fit is AWESOME! So do yourself a favor, & contact Dick Brooks--even if you don't live nearby, you can easily arrange a purchase just like I did, all over the phone. Thanks to the good folks at Dick Brooks (esp. Sharon Grillo of Dick Brooks Honda was truly outstanding to consumate the transaction with. The agreement on price was beyond fair. Price offered was below MSRP. Dealer installed splash guards and rear cargo tray at no cost. I installed body side molding at my cost. I was introduced to the Sales Manager, Service Manager etc. Everyone wanted to make me feel welcome. A truly outstanding buying experience. They Honda CR-V EX-L 2012 is a remarkable beautiful vehicle. Dick Brooks is an outstanding dealer.Sharon Grillo and her assistance Elyssa Connolly are a dynamic sales team.

Dick Brooks is fabulous to work with! They have the best customer service. They are no nonsense and don't play the other games some dealerships play. We purchased a 2010 CIvic. After a week, I was unhappy with it, and was able to make a switch for a 2010 Honda Fit Sport, which I absolutely LOVE! Sharon and Elyssa are great. The sales manager is great- they are really concerned about having a happy Honda customer. Other dealerships may play games with service- have a breakfast while you wait, get a massage while you wait. Dick Brooks guarantees you a service loaner so you don't have to wait! That's what was most important to me. If you are looking for a Honda,, make sure you stop by Dick Brooks and see Sharon or Elyssa. You will be pleasantly surprised at how great a car buying experience you can have.
