Not too happy. Please read.

Not sure about this place. Thought I found a good local car dealership that I could trust. But when I got in the room with the finance guy he tried to sell me everything he could trick me into buying. I arrived at the dealership a little after noon. Looked at cars with salesman for about an hour and picked out a car. It was after 5 pm before i got to meet with finance guy to complete the deal. Then he tricked me into buying an additional warranty for $2200.00 that I didnt need. He just kept needling me until I gave in. For crying out loud, I'd been there all day without eating lunch or dinner. Im sure my blood sugar was low and they took advantage of me. Then to make matters worse they were supposed to waive the $399.00 dealer fee because i went through their internet sales team and that finance guy still snuck it in on the invoice. So they took me to the tune of $2600.00. I should have known it was too good to be true. I contacted the internet sales manager by e-mail and explained what had happened but never heard back from her. End of story. Buyers beware. Take a person with you into the negotiations that is experienced.

Great way to buy a car

This was by far the best car buying experiences I have had in 30 years. Jerry was professional and courteous throughout. He is a veteran and as a military retiree I appreciate the honest straight forward approach he utilized. The fact is that the deal was done via email/text before I even got to the dealership and all I had to do was test drive and inspect the vehicle to close the deal. There was no arm twisting or "I have to talk to my manager" scenarios. If you do your homework and complete the deal the entire process after arrival takes about 90 minutes. (I also had a trade in). I will continue all future buys at this dealership. This is how car buying should be all the time.

BEST Experience at Steve White!

We leased a new vehicle for our teenage driver at Steve White after a referral from a friend. Our surprise at being able to lease a new vehicle for the same monthly price we would have had to pay for a used vehicle was astounding! If you are in the market for a car for your teenager and never dreamed a brand new car was a good choice - think again! And Steve White VW made the whole process so positive. A big shout our to Jason Scott (Sales Manager) and Marcus Garrett (Sales Consultant). Thank you Steve White!

Will not go back

My wife and I bought a CPO car there a couple years back. We had a good sales experience. However, we had many issues that required us to utilize the warranty. The service department is rude and never completes the service on the initial visit. The dealership owner attempted to repair the relationship and we considered replacing the problem CPO car with a newer vehicle. The salesman did not respect our time, was very high pressure, and bugged us for weeks on phone and email. I have told them never to contact us again.

ALMOST perfect!

Very friendly, and willing to go out of their way to help accommodate customer needs. They try to customize test drives to driver needs and driving patterns. They do check in periodically before you make a decision to see where you are in the process and respond appropriately if you go another route. Not sure about buying? They're cool with that and discuss leasing options, even to the point of asking what colors you might consider in a leased car. Want after-market add-ons or changes? If they can't do it themselves, they hook you up with somebody who can help. My only complaint is about the internet sales dept--those people are pushy and refuse to back off. Otherwise, as a whole--a dream car buying experience!

Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. There was no pressure, up front pricing and no games played. Ive never felt so good about spending money in my life. The quality and safety of the VW Tiguan I bought my daughter allows me to have peace of mind whenever she leaves the house in her car.

When buying our VW EOS, everyone there and everyone we work with spent all the time needed to answer questions, show and demo how to operate all of the gagets. They gave what was promised.

Steve White is the best Volkswagen dealer I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I've purchased numerous vehicles from them over the past 5 years, as well as helped family members with purchases from Steve White. Their sales team is knowledgeable about the vehicles they carry and one of the most courteous I've dealt with. This dealership and its team do not pressure anyone into purchasing. They give you the time you need to make your decision. I will do business with them again in the future.

Steve White Volkswagen- A great outfit to deal with

My wife and I just signed a deal for a 2010 VW CC Sport from Steve White. We made our initial contact on a Monday evening and signed the deal that Friday. Here's my summary: Salesman- Grover: Nice guy, low pressure, knowledgeable and courteous. Made a reasonable first offer. There was no pressure to sign that night. We haggled by email and finally came to a fair deal for both parties. Salesmanager- ???: Never met him, which is a testimony in itself. Shows you the low-key, low-pressure approach that this dealership used with me. Business Manager- Christian: Great guy, got us approved and signed up in a matter of minutes. Again, low-key, low-pressure. We really liked the approach these folks used with us. As with all dealerships be prepared with your facts; their job is to make as much money as they can and so they will take all the money they can off the table. However, when presented with your facts they were quite reasonable to deal with. They didn't treat me like I was stupid -- which seems to be the preferred method in a lot of the local dealerships. In closing -- and assuming that we like our new VW as much as I hope we do -- we'll return to Steve White VW for our next car.
