Alex was friendly and not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the product and worked to ensure we received all the rebates and discounts possible. Elite, the financial guy, was knowledgeable and efficient in getting us the best rate for our loan. We were able to talk to the service writer and a mechanic who answered our service questions.

The employees were very polite, courteous and easy to conduct business with. We were extremely happy with the negotiation process, which was so different from other dealerships, as this dealership wasn't insulting and they are straight shooters. In addition, they were able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted in a short time frame. The salesperson has a very high knowledge of the vehicle and its technology package, which will always have a lasting impression on our sales experience.

There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. The entire process was a pleasure, even writing the check was painless. George explained in teams that I could clearly understand how the operate so many of the functions of the car that I felt most comfortable as I drove out of the lot. Thanks!!

Enjoyable and Pleasant!! Cindy is the best at making sure all of my needs are fulfilled and that I leave the dealership satisfied. I know when I left the dealership that Cindy did everything in her power to get me everything I needed and wanted. What I liked the most about my experience was Cindy Maggard.

Wonderful Experience!

I like how fast the process was. George was soo wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I told him what kind of car I wanted and my price range. He got it right on the first try. The financing was also great. Even with no $ down and no trade in, I got a reasonable monthly payment. This is the first time I purchased a car from the dealership and I'm so glad that I came to Fort Mill Hyundai!!

Amazing First Car Purchase!

Everyone at Fort Mill Hyundai was extremely helpful and there was clear and honest communication throughout the entire process of purchasing my car. When I spoke to the Sales Manager Mike on the phone he provided the car fax within minutes and seemed genuinely interested in my needs and budget for purchasing a car. I drove over 2 hours to buy this car, and the sale representative Brian that helped me test drive was amazing. Brian had knowledge of the car I was purchasing and answered all my questions. Brian was also very enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help me. I truly appreciate the fact that I was able to communicate with everyone and that the sale was transparent (no hidden fees or charges). Thank you for making my first car purchase so memorable, and for treating me like a friend.
