Service was good especially the ride they provide when you are dropping your vehicle off. Parts department is very helpful. The customer lounge is nice and the facilities are nice and clean. My only issue is with the cost of labor. That’s why I try to service my vehicle myself.

AC on 2018 MKX (only 4300miles) died. I took the vehicle in on a Friday at 8am. Was told not sure about getting a diagnosis because of so many cars ahead. I got an Enterprise rental, did my business and went home 25 miles away. At 2pm, I got the call, all fixed. Great result!!
