This company is a scam. I CALLED this office before I came and asked if they had a "buy here pay here" program and I was told yes by the salesman. I had just lost my car a needed one right away without a large down payment, I was putting $1000 down, which is part of why I asked about the "buy here pay here" program. I also told him that my credit wasn't the best and I was in the process of fixing it so I didn't want my credit ran, he assured me that they work with all types of credit and he could get me something. I came the next day, asked for the same guy I spoke with and dealt with him. After a while of being there, it took a bit longer because their internet kept going down, he comes back in his office and tells me that I couldn't get approved, he stated that he was even changing the down payment amount, which I DIDN'T authorize, and that no place is going to just accept $1000 down. Come to find out he ran my credit and was trying to get finance from a bank. I was pissed. I told him I called and specifically asked about the program because my credit didn't need to be ran for that program, he then says that they don't have that program. I went off on him. I told him that I called and spoke directly to him and asked about the program and he told me they offered it, he wasted my time and cab money coming there when he knew they didn't offer what I asked. I also told him that I could've went to other places closer to me, he tried to find out the other spots I was talking about and again brought up my down payment amount. I ordered my lyft and left. In the lyft the guy was telling my about his bad experience at the same place, talking to my friend about it he told me he bought a car there and the car is terrible, they didn't have it long when the check engine and other lights came on. I would NEVER recommend this place, my advice to anyone is to RUN. I bought a car the next day from a different dealership with the same $1000 deposit.

Dealt with sales guy Paul and the manager Heather. The BS they shovel is unbelievable. Since the purchase, I have spent the last 5 days at Firestone getting things fixed that they knew in advance were wrong with the car. I would not recommend this business to my worse enemy.

Bought a car cash money and they had knowledge of problems with the car and said they would fix it. THEJR mechanic said the car needed tires but the car actually needed tires, brakes, and wheel bearings. Firestone said the wheel bearing was damn near broke. If you need a car do not and I repeat do not buy a car from this dealership

I could rate them a BIG FAT ZERO I would! My husband purchased 20,000, 2014 Chrysler 300 from this place in APRIL and mind you he paid 50% of it in cash. Well needless to say within 24hrs we started noticing all types of issues, one the Bluetooth (uconnect) was broken $600 from the deal to get repaired, the front 2 tires was messed up which they agreed to replace, my husband took the car back to get the tires replace and these people would only agree to pay 70.00 per tire which is a total of 140.00, however one tire costed 170.00 from Tire Discount the place they sent him too.. Oh the car was 2 quarts low on oil and needed a oil change. I drove the car one day wondering why was the steering wheel shaking so badly when I press down on the brakes well come to find out the damn car needed brakes and rotors... My husband paid almost $700 to get a whole brake job done. Ohh I did mention he purchase the car in April right well it is now July and GUESS WHAT the car is still not registered we are still riding around with temp plates which will be expiring next week... Lol this place is a damn joke.. I wouldn’t refer a soul to this place if they paid me too.. BECAUSE THEY GOOD FOR PAYING SOMEONE TO BE IN THEIR BS COMMERCIAL.. Did I mention we tried to return the car the next day and All sales was final..

Have been in the search for a particular car to which I found at United, gave them a call with hopes that they would be able to assist me in financing this car. The first call the representative had no problem taking my credit information to run my credit but never returned my call to let me know the results. In the end, I called 3x in an attempt to get a response being my credit report shows they’ve inquired twice but no phone call to let me know anything? Hmm where is the customer service in that, have all phone records to show not one person called me back since the initial attempt over 9 days ago but the snarky lady wanted to argue that she has a note from said salesman on file that he returned my call when in fact not one person out of the dealership has yet to help in anyway. Beware!

this company should be banned form selling cars long story short they took my money and refused to give it back saying it was nonrefundable even though the no one ever told me, no contract was ever singed. the office manager said that the receipt i received stated nonrefundable and when i drove a hour away to my home to look at the receipt called her back she changed her story and said that the sales person told me i wouldn't be able to get my money back she argued with me saying that she heard him tell me my money was nonrefundable because her office is across form her and she hears everything he says. when i told her that i knew she was lying because i never entered into his office she ended the conversation saying well you're not getting your money back! so now i am out of 800 dollars until we go to court and still have no vehicle. i would suggest anyone looking to buy a car never go to united auto sales they are rude disrespectful people and heartless. Lexington automotive is a great dealership go there instead

I bought a car from here that lasted 6 months before it put me down. I've been stuck with it ever since! I took the car back to United 4 times while it was still under warranty and the MOST i got was patch work. I for one will NEVER buy another car from here nor will i recommend anyone else to do so.

I looked for a vehicle for months prior to driving to United and finding my dream car. Not only was it exactly what I wanted but I was able to get out the of vehicle I was currently driving that had a huge pay off left. Leo and Lance made my experience quick and pleasant. They made accommodations where necessary and had very professional, pleasant staff. Thanks for the help!
