Mike “Mac” McLauchlin was awesome! He helped me pick the trim level/options of my Tahoe. He educated me of the buying process, from the time I ordered to pick up. Set realistic expectations of the time frame. Answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Had my car ready for pick up the day after it arrived at the dealership. Showed me all the features at pickup and had me in and out of financing super quickly. I could not of asked for a better experience. Mike was great!!!!

Oil change

Had the oil changed before driving out of state after being out there a couple days I checked my oil and it was one quart low. Checked my oil after returning home and it was dead on full mark so I guess they didn’t add all the oil I paid for. Called the service department yesterday after 3 times getting the operator I left a voice mail with the service advisor that handled my service and he never returned my call.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, horrible service.

We've had our rollback in this shop several times for the same problem. They've charged us thousands of dollars and the problem with the truck is never fixed. On top of it not being fixed, they've taken apart or unhooked wires and fuses in an attempt to get to the root of the problem with the truck, and left those wires and fuses unhooked. So when we'd go to pick the truck up, there would be sensors and lights flashing all over the dashboard where sensors are no longer reading or working because the guys in the service dept takes things apart and leaves them that way. The gas hand even mysteriously stopped working, the last time that we took it there because they'd left something unhooked and it wasn't registering anymore. The first time that we dropped the truck off there, it sat in their service dept lot for a week and they hadn't even looked at it. Some guy named Dylan would just basically push us off anytime we'd call up there to check on the status of the truck, because if we don't have our rollback, we cant work. So for it to sit up there for a week without anyone even looking at it, is unacceptable...and SLACK. They didn't fix it the second time we had it in the shop either, and we ended up having to have our tow truck TOWED by an even bigger tow truck, which costs an arm and a leg. We took it to a different shop this time and the guys there had the problem identified and fixed within hours, and at a much better cost might I add. We called the service dept to complain about what crappy service we received there at Loves, but we were just pushed off yet again and transferred to a voicemail. We then waited almost 2 weeks to hear back from the recipient of our message but no one ever called us back. This place is awful. I fully understand now why their service dept has so many scathing reviews.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Warren, and was very happy with everything about the vehicle but the wheels. So to make the deal, they offered to provide me a set from a Z71 model and told me that I was the next person in line on the waiting list. Basically when a new truck was lifted, they would give me the old wheels and tires. Said it should be a few weeks at most... Well, I called in 2 weeks, one month, two months, three months, six months, and so on and so on. Even stopped in a handful of times as well. It was always the stock reply that I was next in line. Now I do not even get a return call. It is these sort of FALSE PROMISES and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that should make it to the top of the org chart at Love Chevrolet. If you buy from them, I would get everything 100% documented and don't fall into the same trap of trust that I did.
