Chris Moses was my salesman until he said I was holding him up by taking too long to decide. Then I decided I was not buying a truck from him.

In and out without addressing issues

As I have done since purchasing my truck new from Love GMC, I scheduled a PM also addressing two other issues. Upon arrival I was told by the service manager it would be $200.00 just to look at the two issues which I then declined as I have already addressed one of the issue’s multiple times. They did a simple oil change and tire rotation and told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. My truck has 83k miles and replacing the brake pads seemed reasonable. I asked for a quote and was prepared to move forward with the job since I was there and the shop did not appear very busy. The service manager told me they could not replace the pads that day even though I had scheduled a longer service visit due to the two issues. The service manager advise however that he would give me a quote which he did not and by that point, I was not going to ask again. There has been an overall decline in Love GMC’s service department over the past year and I will be finding another service provider moving forward.

The wait time was double what I was told when the appointment was made . It wouldn’t have been a problem except I had another appointment I was late for .

Love Buick GMC is the best

Ben Brooks and the entire staff were great. They treated me and my vehicle with respect and took special care to keep it clean while being serviced. I ended up having a bigger air conditioning issue than I had anticipated and they were completely understanding and went out of their way to explain the process required to fix it and help me out however they could. It is not enjoyable to pay for unexpected vehicle repairs, but being treated with respect and understanding when they do makes a HUGE difference.

Easiest Purchase Ever

I had not purchased a car in 17 years. Yes, I'm still driving it 17 years later. I began a search and Micky Fox was the first dealership that I contacted with "Is this vehicle still available" that responded to me within an hour of my online submission through one of the many online shopping sites. He answered my million and one questions, got my financing and accommodated my rushed schedule to get back to Greenville for an afternoon meeting when I went down to complete the paperwork and pick up my new Acadia. I have never been more pleased with a car salesman/dealership than this and my family has purchased a lot of cars. Awesome experience, easiest purchase ever, would recommend Micky and his customer service skills and experience over and over again!
