Ultra Luxury with Ron “The” Best

If you want to feel like a “valued” consumer, coupled with professional and courteous service, then Jim Hudson Lexus is the place where you should find yourself when purchasing your next Lexus. I drove 1.5 hours to their dealership to make my purchase. In hindsight, I have no regrets in doing so. They are consummate professionals.

Every time I need my car serviced, the promptness and courteous service I get from this dealership is amazing. The service dealer named Shaun Crosier is a remarkable asset to the company. My vehicle was done in an efficient time with the quality work done also. Very impressed with this young man and the dealership. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership.

I can truly say that I like this place. Mr. Melvin takes great care of me and i can get in when i need to. Last October My car was in the process of getting an oil change when I found out my dad had just passed away, I told Melvin and he was able to expedite the service so I can get on the road and drive to Maryland. He expressed his deepest sympathy and wanted to know if I needed anything. I am forever grateful for that. I did not get a chance to write a review then but I wanted that to be known. He was a great help and thank you to the technician who also worked on my car in such a timely manner. I was in a few days ago and Mr. Melvin after saying hello asked me how I was doing and how my family was doing. He remembered! That meant a lot also. I was in for an oil change but My car also needed wiper blades which they forgot to put on but he took care of it and all was good. Thank you Jim Hudson Lexus for your service of my car but also for Melvin a caring member of your team. Kathleen

I went there to see why tire light was on. Took about 15 minutes for a service advisor to get me. And another 2 to 3 hours for me to go asked did they find the problem. I think he something under warranty, they will take their sweet time. And Erik Due was the service advisor.

Service Rep Shaun is professional, helpful and courteous. Had a tire pressure module/sensor part go bad Oct 20th. Shauan explained they did not have one in stock and he would order. Waiting on follow up now. While I was there he did the 5,000 service. Appreciated that.

We have always had good customer service experiences in the past. I would have given five stars but: Sam left us with the impression that he has a problem with black men and black people in general. Not one time did he address me or my wife by our name. He actually forgot that we were there. When I asked him a question, he would not respond to me, but would look at my wife. The detail person was very friendly and helpful in making sure that we were satisfied.

World class customer service!

I was shopping around for a Lexus GX 460 luxury, and I saw a 2021 on the Jim Hudson Lexus website. I did a quick chat, and the next morning I spoke with Mark Wickham at the dealership. Mark was very helpful, so I went down the following day (a Wednesday) to look at the vehicle. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by Mark, and he had a special VIP sign outside his office, welcoming us to the dealership. Mark welcome does and offered us something to drink after we had made a 2 1/2 hour ride from the upstate of South Carolina, which gesture was very kind. We looked over the vehicle, drove it, and then came back to discuss our thoughts of it. I told Mark that I would like to take a little time to think about the vehicle, and to make a decision if I were going to buy it or not. The next day, Mark followed up with me about the vehicle, and I told him of a few things that I would like him to take care of regarding the interior of the vehicle, having an issue with a headrest and the Lexus kick plates on the driver and passenger side when you open the door. Mark was able to take care of those issues, so we arranged to purchase the vehicle and pick it up on that Saturday. We drove down from the upstate of South Carolina, and when we arrived at the dealership, the car had been completely detailed the interior items corrected, and the vehicle was setting in the sales area with a large red bow on top of it. I had sent the documents needed for the sale to Mark earlier on Saturday morning, and by the time we had arrived, all the paperwork was complete, making the process, very smooth and easy to complete in a timely manner. This by far is the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia to anyone. I know who may be in the market for new or used Lexus. I will specifically recommend Mark Wickham as he is a superior sales professional that makes you feel like a part of the Jim Hudson Lexus family. It is no wonder why Jim Hudson Lexus is the premiere Lexus dealership for customer service in the nation. If I’m ever in the market for another Lexus, I will definitely make that purchase from Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia South Carolina. What a great experience!

Want to give a shout-out to the team. As a road warrior and driving a legacy Lexus LS. This team has gone over and above. I don’t have the luxury of scheduling in advance but the team in Columbia has always been flexible as I pass though and make a call about getting it in as I pass though. Thank you Melvin and Angel for the quick schedule and turn around on the LS! Additionally, thank you for accommodating a quiet place to hold a work commit for a Teams call during the quick service.

KYLE is an EXCELLENT asset to an already 5 STAR DEALERSHIP! If you can find a salesperson who can provide you with better customer service than Kyle, I’d definitely like to know where? He’s extremely honest, punctual, friendly and most of all not pushy. I’ve owned many cars in my lifetime and I’ve never had a smoother purchase experience. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk young lady to the finance manager were the best of the best and more. Jim Hudson is the most outstanding and honest dealership I’ve ever done business with!
