We had the most fabulous experience with Audi Columbia! Daniel Mix ensured we had a white glove delivery! He arrived in our driveway with our Audi Q8 right on time! He went over the features of the vehicle and had everything set up including the garage door remotes! He was patient and informative in explaining everything to us. This was the most efficient car buying experience we have ever had! I highly recommend Audi Columbia and especially Daniel Mix!! Thank you so much!!

No Pressure AT ALL!!

From the time I walked into the door, I felt at ease. I didn't have hungry, attached salesmen feeding on me like a pack of vultures. My original salesman I spoke to, Todd Spaulding, was busy with a previous client and Daniel Mix had no problem helping me with my Audi needs. These 2 gentlemen were very professional and have a great working relationship between them. Daniel answered all my questions and helped me feel very comfortable with purchasing my Audi. There was NO back and forth on price, I told Daniel what I wanted to spend and He definitely helped my achieve my goal. When you go to Audi of Columbia, be sure to ask for Todd or Daniel. Thanks Guys, I will definitely be back.

Was about to pick up a car locally in charlotte but found a similar car at this dealership the morning of. Working with Ryan McPhail I was able to negotiate the price quickly over the phone. After a quick test drive, I was happy with the car and completed the paperwork. They have an awesome coffee machine and the dealership is very clean. Would highly recommend.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Davis was such a breath of fresh air. It was also one of the quickest experiences. I was in and out pretty quickly from the test drive to the drive off the lot with my new car. I received first class treatment all the way around.

I am driving my fourth Audi product. The third and fourth vehicles were purchased from Audi Columbia. I was impressed by the professional atmosphere and the professional service provided by the staff. In particular, Chris Arthur (Sales Consultant) knows the Audi product and strives to exceed the expectations of her clients during and after the sale of an Audi. Scott Kirby (Service Mgr) made an after hours visit to my home to facilitate the resolution of a minor software issue. DeDe Kinney (Service Consultant) is the face of the Service Dept. DeDe is knowledgeable of the service needs of Audi's and can discuss with clients, in lay terms, the services required to properly maintain an Audi.
