Wonderful Service!

My used Mini Paceman had major issues. Alecia Bush our service advisor navigated the third-party warranty with patience and professionalism (and good humor). Mini went above and beyond and replaced another major item at no charge. This major part was less than two years old (and in my opinion should not have failed) so they just took care of it!! That never happens in this day and age! My car was in the shop for a month but they gave me a lovely new Mini to drive as a loaner. From beginning to end it was a first-rate experience. I'm so happy with my Paceman and will be returning to Mini of Charleston for service regularly. I'm truly grateful to Hendrick Mini of Charleston!

Great Mini Service

Took my 2012 Mini that was purchased from Hendrick Mini in for Service. Andy was my service advisor, who did an excellent job explaining what was found during diagnostic testing. After service was completed, car received complimentary wash and Andy walked me out to vehicle.

Friendly Heroes

Flat tires are not fun. But I hope for the next one, I get half the service we received at Mini of Charleston. Saturday evening when service was closed, the ladies that answered the sales line were still able to explain and help me out and ensured me we would be taken care of. And they were right. The service department got us in so we can drive away with a new tire that next Monday afternoon. They kept me informed during the process and I received excellent customer service.

No concept of customer service

I brought my car in the night before my appointment and the service representative accused me of trying to jump the line. She explained they were backed up and that they may or may not get to my car the next day, regardless of the fact I made the appointment more than two weeks earlier. When I came to pick up my car, she was on the phone, so I waited. When she finished that call , she made another, completely ignoring me. She should not have a customer facing job, as she has no concept of quality customer service.
