Customer service was horrible

The wife and I went in to test drive an R-Sport F Pace and we saw a Maserati Levante that we liked so we drove it first, 2 hours later the F pace was still not available for testing. The sale team member was unaccommodating, rude, ignored many of our comments, questions, issues. I felt as if I was dismissed and if they just simply felt as if they were wasting their time with us. I left the dealership, ate lunch, went to BMW and purchased a new X5 M Sport 50i the same day.

Purchased our 2013 Jaguar XJ from Baker Motors. Viewed car on their web site from our home in Orlando, Fl. Negotiated price and drove to Charleston to finalized transaction and pick up car. Couldn't have had a better experience and got a terrific car.

Worth the trip

Drove from Raleigh after some web preliminaries - their pricing and selection was better than local. They legitimately looked for a car to satisfy us with no hard sell on the cars they had. Negotiations were quick and without gimmicks. Valued my trade in correctly. Mobilized the sales and service departments to get us back on the road when the intended deal fell through. Best car buying experience since 1968 in Arizona.
