Quick and efficient

Alberta and I (Al), had done some research on various Lexus dealers, between the Myrtle Beach and Charleston area. We came to Hendrix Lexus and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! From the very first moment we stepped into the showroom...we were greeted by joyful smiles, did we want something to snack on and of course..meeting Grayson was the charm! Grayson explained everything about the dealership, showed us a variety of cars, dating back to 2017 to now. We'd selected a vehicle, took a test ride and THE REST IS HISTORY!!! We now own a Lexus RX350!! Thank you Kaitlyn for the assistance

From the service representatives, to the Techs, Hendrix Lexus is the best. Professional, timely work, loaner vehicle provided so no lost time or inconvenience. Service and repair work is excellent. Classy facilities. I am a lifetime customer.

Service

Service on my car is always great but I’m having problems with my car recognizing me as the primary driver and not changing seat and mirror positions between driver one and two. A special technician was assigned to me to make those changes. It took he and another to do what they thought would fix it but I’m still having the same problem. My husband and I are getting very frustrated that every time we get in the car after the other has driven it, we have to change everything from the seat position to steering wheel to fit our needs. The service itself was great but

Easy Purchase

Excellent service from everyone. Most especially from Kathy Harmon ( Service department manager ). She was very efficient, kind, courteous , friendly, helpful , and knowledgeable about her job. Also Kennedy , she works on helping customers to know more about how to use the different gadgets inside the car like navigation, use the phone etc. She was also courteous , nice , helpful , kind, friendly & knowledgeable .

Always Great Service

As usual, my service experience was terrific. It was all explained to me up front and the service was performed as expected. The waiting area is very nice and the wait was not long. The cost for the value received is excellent. I just wish that Hendricks had a facility in Mount Pleasant! I also really like the service video.
