Sales group is not trustworthy or honest

Tried to get an E-price off their website and they would not give price. Visited dealership and was given a price which was more than I wanted to agree to at visit. Called back two days later and tried to buy car at price given during visit and they would not even return call or honor price that was given. No one ever followed back up with me to resolve matter as good business people would.

Happy to report that car shopping can still be a pleasant experience and that there are still a few honest car dealers left in this world. Hilton Head Mercedes Benz is one of the few. Living in the Northeast, I have seen it all and let me tell you, there is not much nice I have to say for my local dealerships. That includes my local Benz Dealer in town . A Hilton Head Benz team member picked me up from the airport and gave me a ride to the dealership. The car looked and drove amazing and the sales team was great to deal with. Paid the agreed upon price, no hidden or last minute fees. They actually treat you like a valued customer compared to the Northeast, were people act like they are doing me a favor, by letting me buy a car from them taking my money. It was an 800 mile ride home and I will gladly do it again, when my wife needs to replace her car next year. Bottom line if you are in the market for a new Benz and dont mind travelling, give Hilton Head Mercedes a try. You will enjoy the experience.
