This dealership has been in business in Anderson for 75 years. That really says it all, but I will add my personal experience. . . Every person I was involved speaking with, starting with online chat - was intent on familiarizing me with the vehicles I was interested in, never once pushing or haggling me into a sale. The web site has excellent information and photos which really enhanced me to "look again". I was so stressed over searching for a car and dreading dealing with dealers and this turned out to be the most comfortable purchase for me. Thankful for everyone who helped and their patience with me!

Too good to be true

Came across a diamond in the ruff, when I purchased my 2013 Toyota Highlander. What closed the deal was knowing that the vehicle, “at a high level,” was Toyota Certificated but due to the mileage/manufactured year it fell outside the classification window.

I just purchased my fourth car from Ralph Hayes Toyota. They have always provided top-notch service, and made the car buying process easy and memorable. I always feel at home when I am at Ralph Hayes Toyota. This time around, I was picking up our Camry from getting an oil change and just happened to stop and look at the new Tundras. Within a short period of time, the price was right, and I was driving my brand new Tundra home. My salesman Jason Mulliken made the purchase quick and painless.
