Bait and Switch Fraud

Bait and switch. Vehicle price was quoted and listed as new for $30438 and miles as only 7. WHen started purchase process, they changed the price to $33500. Later discovered that the vehicle is not new, but a service loaner vehicle with 1400 miles on it. When confronted, the sales manager became very rude and tried to force me to purchase it as is.

Buyer beware! Anderson Ford Mazda Is out to steel you blind! They quoted my wife a price on a new edge and had her believing she got the deal of the century. She over the car home overnight so she could a feel for it and also show me. She fell in love with the car until we checked the dealers web site and found it listed for over $4,000 less. When I question them they said they forgot to change the Internet price but when I checked 4 hours later it was still at the lower price. They agreed to give us the Internet price so we brought the car back and we're ready to buy a new car. They gave us a written offer, my wife and I reviewed the offer, and we told the salesman we would take the deal and shook hands. Five minutes later he comes back and said his manager made a mistake on the written offer I had just expected and the price would be $1,000 higher. We had enough and walked out, my wife was so disappointed. I have always bought Ford, I hope the problem is just dealership! Stay away from Anderson Ford Mazda!

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Anderson Ford, My son and his wife have purchase two vehicles from here also. The people are great to deal with and are always fair and honest in their actions, I except a business to have ethics about the way they do business, this dealership has always had those ethics. My wife and I drove from California to make the purchase of our new truck there close to our home at a dealership we trust in Anderson.

I bought my mother her first new car on June 20th at Anderson Ford Mazda. I could not have had a better experience. The General Manager, Chris Colburn, was very professional and showed genuine sincerity when talking with me and my mother. Our Salesman, David Surrels, treated my mom with patience and upmost respect. The finance manager, Mandy May, was very informative and explained everything in great detail. We were treated so well, that we didn't even shop other dealerships. Also, even after the sale, I felt no buyers remorse. Only excitement and a wonderful feeling for my mom finally having a new car at 67.

Daniel Sorrells was the salesman and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't a "know-it-all", he didn't pressure me into anything. Very nice guy and knew a good bit about the car. I've already sent a couple people his way.

My boyfriend and I walked in just looking around. We were trying to find a second car. And the sales man Jason showed us a beautiful town and country van. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. My boyfriend however wasn't sold. So they let us Take the van out for almost two hours just to drive it and think about it. By the time we got back we had both agreed that this can would be perfect for the kids, and he even started to like the van, making jokes about when the kids get older them playing soccer and he being a soccer dad. But when we got back Jason was able to get us an amazing price for it. So we dotted the I's and crossed the t. They fully detailed the van. It was a all around wonderful experience.

I purchased this car for my wife. She loves it as do I. We had looked at multiple cars and dealers but buck our salesman gave me space, answered questions and treated me like I had money, even though this was a spur of the moment stop and I was dressed like a bum. Services have been great!

2015 KING RANCH, the service at Anderson Ford was greater than great Benny Dodd and all the managers were excellent, thank you so much I never thought it would be possible, to own my dream truck, however your staff made it happen. I never made it to the dealership.
