The Tarbox team and my sales/lease person Christian Munoz have done it again. Now all four members of my family are Hyundai drivers and very happy with our choice. Just picked up my Hyundai on Saturday and the compliments are flowing in. When asked why I picked Hyundai, my answer is that they offered the best deal on the safest car I could find. It was a no-brainer.

We had an excellent experience at Tarbox Hyuandi. Gary went above and beyond what we could ever imagine . He made it very relaxing to buy a car . He is a wonderful sales person and cares about what you are looking for. I would highly recommend buying a car from your dealership and we will tell friends and family go to Tarbix Hyuandi and see Gary! All the people involved in getting us this car were great as well . When I traded in my previously purchased Tarbox vehicle for a new vehicle this summer and things didn't go as well as hoped, Fred Royce and Lynn Holston went out of their way to make everything right! I've never liked shopping for a new car. I'm sixty eight years old and have hated it my whole life. Right from his quiet, sincere introduction I felt comfortable to tell Jonathan I didn't want to waste his time or mine and relayed the price bracket I wanted to pay. I expected to be turned away. To be honest I was hoping that would be the case. I didn't need a new or slightly used car. The 2005 Elantra with 41,000 miles worked as it always had since the first day I bought it. It never let me down. It never cost me a lot of money for servicing. It didn't have any body rot or need painting to look presentable. It was a gem. My husband and I agreed after looking at ads in the newspaper and researching on line it wouldn't hurt to just look at what might be available which could be a problem, since I dislike driving a car I'm not familiar with. Through Jonathan's genuine patience, I finally agreed, only after having my husband drive the vehicles, to drive it myself. We each tried three cars. A 2017 and 2016 Elantra with 17,000 miles and an Accent. Since I would pay for the car, the decision was mine, however, my husband and I agreed no commitment would be made until we went inside and saw the numbers. I didn't like the price offered on the first run through because the amount for my trade in was too low. I was ready to leave. Hey, I didn't want to be rid of it anyway and knew I could sell it privately for much more than the original offer. Our salesmen offered to relay this to the financial person without making any promises. Before we knew it, the trade in became a gentle compromise and brought the final price of the car to what I wanted and knew I could pay. By the way I'll be driving a red 2016 Elantra to New Hampshire in three days to celebrate my birthday! I can't wait.

On Tuesday I went to Tarbox to see if I qualified for a trade in on a vehicle I purchased not even a year ago. I wasn't happy with my purchase and when I entered the dekearship I was greeted by a broad smiling salesperson named Christian Munoz and after an hour I was given the great news that the very competent finance department was going to figure out a way for me to be able to leave the dealership with a smile on my face. We were able to find a perfect match of a vehicle that met my needs and budget and trade in the last purchase without breaking the bank. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has had a bad experience in the past and want to feel respected and know they are getting a fair deal. Tarbox has my business for years to come.

I had my eye on a specific vehicle and was looking to do a trade-in. The whole transaction---from test drive to purchase---took a little over an hour, which by far is the quickest auto purchase I've even encountered. Everyone one was friendly and fair when it came down to negotiating the price of the new car, as well as the value of my trade-in.

I had researched my now current car for over a year. After going to another Hyundai dealership I went back to Tarbox whom I already checked out once but was not ready to buy a car at the time. This time around just was arranged to meet with Jonathan who was great showing me options but luckily I already knew the car I wanted. Any questions he could not answer he made sure to find out. The finance team were great as this is my first ever lease ! I am in love with my car and would recommend Tarbox!

I went to Tarbox Hyundai in hopes of getting into my own car, what I got from my sales rep. Sadiq Davies was a great and more then satisfied experience! Going in I was nervous and not at all fimiliar with the car buying experience. Sadiq made things very easy and went into detail on everything including payments and what the car had to offer. He was nothing but polite and understanding of what I was looking for and what would be the right vehicle for me. Keeping me informed throughout the day was another great thing showing how much he cared that I got into the car as soon as possible. He also answered all the questions I had for him so that I could be more knowledgeable about the whole experience and also what to expect. The process was smooth and absolutely what I wanted. After only a day the process was finished and I couldn't of been more happy. The paper work was quick and Sadiq went over even the little things within the paperwork to make sure I understood exactly what was happening. After before leaving Sadiq stayed to show me even more of what the car had to offer even though it was late at night, and I couldn't of been more happy with his service. Overall I rate my review a 5/5 and I'll definitely do more business with Hyumdai and hopefully Sadiq is my sales rep. again! I love the car he showed me and I'm not more then happy with the payments and more importantly I'm just blown away by the service. You can tell he cares and loves his job, I'd recommend Sadiq to anyone buying or leasing a vehicle at Tarbox Hyundai! Thanks for the memorable experience that is my very first new car.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited on 7/2/16 at Tarbox Hyundai in West Warwick. From the moment I got out of my car and met salesman John Swenson, it was seamless and easy transaction. He was extremely helpful, energetic and knowledgeable about Hyundai's in general. He was easy to work with and made car buying fun, which is usually not fun for me. Mike Doyle did a great job working to get a lien holder for my loan despite some challenges and was very helpful and personable. I had a great experience and I absolutely love my new car. This is the second car I've bought from Tarbox Hyundai and will be back the next time as well!

Several days ago I had a Tarbox 2013 Hyundai Tucson whose lease was up in July so I began my new vehicle search. I did not go far for I had had several experience including leases and out right purchases of vehicles from Tarbox and all experiences had been very positive. I went to Tarbox, was greeted by a very congenial salesperson John Swenson and proceeded to investigate my future purchase. I told Mr. Swenson most of the criteria I was looking for and he very clearly walked through various options. When determining what to purchase at the end of our current Hyundai lease, my family and I drove several cards from different brands. No matter what we drove, we compared it to the Hyundai Santa Fe sport that we currently owned. After exhausting all other brands, I returned to Tarbox Hyundai in Warwick, RI for the second time to lease another Santa Fe Sport, why should I fix something that was not broken!! I was greeted immediately, asked great questions, talked through my current lease end as well as my options for the next vehicle, and then test drove the two that best matched my needs. Not at any single moment did I feel pressured or required to purchase a car. The team truly cared about my families needs and finding me the right vehicle for my comfort. A vehicle was selected and in a very short time, I was approved and ready for delivery. The team played basketball with my very energetic six year old, popcorn for the older daughter, and assistance in keeping them busy to allow my questions and paperwork to be completed. We had a wonderful experience at Tarbox Hyundai. John Swenson was very well versed in the features of the car and Hyundai products in general. He was not pushy and was easy to work with. He also had a good sense of humor which is important because generally my wife hates the car purchasing process. The general manager and finance manager were both straight forward and helpful.
