Terrible Customer Service - Buyer Beware

I told Wright I had 2 months left on my lease. They financed me, took my old car and gave me a new one. I got BILLED for the old car because claim that I never mentioned that car to them. WHY would I give them my car if I would still have to PAY for it!? That literally makes NO sense when I had other dealers offering to cover the car! Plus there are pull ahead deals so STOP IT. I filed a compliant with the BBB and they replied with a flat out lie saying that I TOLD him that I never discussed my car with them. There is a recorded call between Hyundai Finance, myself & Lenny that completely disputes that statement. They sent a check for half, but I think it's because they KNOW they're wrong but don't want to accept full responsibility for dropping the ball. So far, my sister, her fiance, one friend & THREE of my colleagues have purchased a total of 3 SUV's, 2 pick ups & a car since this incident - they all live near a Wright Automotive Group dealership but have not purchased from or even visited them because of the way they handled this issue after we've purchased FOUR CARS from them! I have WAY too many friends with money who buy cars often. And this is just not smart to have me constantly telling anyone who will listen about your shady financial dealings.#JustFixIt #YouKNOWYoureWrong #BuyerBeware

Worst Customer Service

I purchased Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 on Apr 2019. Car is excellent. While during purchase I took so called GAP insurance while I took that insurance they promised me that if you don't want you can cancel within 60 days and we will refund you money. However I have cancelled that within a week as I took same thing through my insurance and I told finance manager to cancel that. Its almost 4 months until today I didn't got my money back and whenever I call them they will ask me to call some other time. So I got cheated here with my hard earned money. Really disappointed even though vehicle performance is good I provided 1 star due to worst customer service. Please be careful while dealing with this people especially while you purchase which they assure you on refund.

I LOVE MY NEW KONA!! CORY IS THE BEST!!

Between moving back to Pittsburgh and changing jobs, my schedule is a nightmare. Thankfully, Cory and the rest of the Wright Hyundai team made my experience super easy and we're extremely accommodating of me being in a rush and doing half the sale over text! WAYYYY better experience than I've found in past purchases at other dealers.

Steer Clear

Buyer Beware! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Expect to be deceived and treated poorly when you call them out on it. You're better off going to any other dealer, just steer clear of Wright!

So many promises and only poor service

I already left reviews of the car so I'll make long story short here. Since I can not leave my wife and baby’s safety to this company I traded the car absorbing considerable losses. It did not end here. The very dealer that sold me the car quoted $19,000 while Subaru, Toyota and Acura offered $22,000 (from Edmunds.com price then) for trade in value. Really? Dealer itself accepts the fact that Limited Sonata losses 1/3 of its value first year. Buyers be aware!
