Not only did they insult my trade in value, but they lied about their online sales advertisement. You can't say something is on sale for a specific price and then try to deduct the trade in of the car as part of your sale without stating that originally. (You’re essentially penalizing someone for having a trade in!) I would NEVER buy a car from you. I feel the way you handled business with me was completely dishonorable and unprofessional. Your business is living up to the stereotype that car dealers attempt to take advantage of young women, whom you believe don't "fathom" how buying a car works. Unfortunately for you, I am an educated woman who does understand and knows when she is being deceived. I think it was also very inappropriate for your salesmen to directly offend my intellect by making out right rude comments to my family and myself when choosing not to accept this ridiculous offer. I don’t have a problem telling EVERYONE I know exactly how you treated me.

My experience with this dealer has been 6 stars. I called to ask about several of their vehicles and they offered to let me borrow a vehicle to see how I liked it. they delivered it to me at my locations. The two guys I dealt with, Chris B and Tim M, were as good as it gets. Both know the vehicles inside and out and will do anything to assist a potential customer. I was particularly impressed with Tim's tech knowledge about MY FORD TOUCH, which I believe is the best of all the center console interactive systems in the industry

I'm not sure what's worse a pushy car salesman or a dental visit. I dread going to the dealership to buy a car. In this case I tried Shults ford in wexford. But it wasn't a nightmare. It was a pleasurable experience. The sales man I dealt with Donald M was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and he treated me and my husband like we were old friends. He sincerely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. So I bought a Lincoln Mkz from him. And I couldn't be happier. I recommend going to see Donald and let him help you. No matter what car I looked at he was a vehicle encyclopedia. I'm impressed with this place and the sales man who helped us. I am one very happy customer and proud Lincoln owner.

I have purchased many vehicles in my time. I alway dreaded it, the haggling and going have the sales manager talk to you etc. None of this happened. I actually looked on the internet saw the Escape I wanted, put in a test drive request. I was contacted by Lisa the internet sales person. She was super, I did my test drive told her I was going to look at other small SUV's she said go ahead and compare and let me know. She also told me that she is not on commision but salary. That made me feel like she was going to give me a honest deal. After about a month of looking, I was down to the 2013 Escape and a used Lexus. I chose the Escape due to Lisa, and I love the car. I went in with my trade, they gave me what I wanted, but didn't get the payment to where I wanted. So I left and said thanks but no thanks. With in an hour Lisa was calling me back to give me the payment I wanted. I went in on Monday and purchased my 2013 Escape. I have had it a week and love it. Lisa also contacted me 3 days later asking how I like the vehicle. Never had a car dealer do that. I highly recommend this dealership and Lisa.
