We've had a very good experience with Faulkner Buick GMC dealership in West Chester, PA so far. Both sales guys, Tony and John, are really helpful and friendly. We test drove a new 2016 Buick Encore SUV and bought it quickly because we like the car and this dealership.

Sales Experience

Our family is has purchased many cars from the Faulkner dealership over the years and have been quite please until the past few years. John Brown was hands down the best sales person that dealer ship had. God rest his soul. Since then the sales team has fallen off considerably. They do not call back, show no interest in helping the customer get the best deal possible, think they are above customers with their comments and snickers when asked questions. They simply do not care about the customer and if you are a woman look out. Needless to say we will not be purchasing any cars from this dealer ship any longer. We have found a new GMC dealership that is accommodating and very customer friendly.

Anthony was a huge help! I am a single mom going through a nasty divorce process. The last thing I needed was my truck to have yet another 1300 dollar repair need. I decided to see if I could buy something instead of fixing my 15 year old GMC Truck that had 265,000 miles on it. I loved that truck. It was the truck that we brought our children home from the hospital in when they were born. My son was born in Ohio. We purchased the vehicle in 2001 in Iowa. The truck has been everywhere with us as a family. It got me and the children through this divorce for the past three years, but it began to cost us money monthly that as a single mom, I just don't have available. I visited numerous car dealerships and since my credit is bad due to the divorce, I got a lot of raw deals. If it wasn't for the help of Anthony Mazzola from GMC, I would have ended up in a vehicle that I didn't like at a price that wasn't worth it! I am glad to say I am again a continued GMC renter/owner. I enjoyed the quick service and excellent work that Anthony provided. He was professional and personable. He too shared some personal experiences with me about himself which made me feel like I could trust him. I appreciate the guidance. I now drive a leased GMC Arcadia. I plan on buying at some point, but either way, GMC IS THE WAY TO GO. My kids and I see that GMC is a well built reliable vehicle. My children and I have NOTHING from this divorce process, but we feel blessed with a sturdy good looking vehicle that we can count on to get us through our everyday life. Thank you to GMC for making us feel like we had a choice and for making us comfortable with our choice. My children and I will only buy GMC .........Thank you Anthony for helping me and my children!! We are grateful for your outstanding guidance and as far as service you and your group went above and beyond with satisfaction and quick service. It was a pleasure to work with a professional group who cared!!! GMC is awesome!!!

We were greeted promptly. Our salesman Nick Siolek was very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We felt very "unrushed" . Nick was able to present several viable options for us after learning of our particular needs, and was very helpful. We also dealt with the GM Mike who couldn't have been nicer and helpful in every way. A very positive experience. We'll be back for our next purchase.

We dealt with Tyler from Sales and Carl from the finance department and had an amazing experience. I normally hate the process of buying a new car, but they made my wife and I feel like we were dealing with friends. He answered all my questions, he didn't pressure me in anyway and he was honest all the way thru the process. I will definitely come back to Nick in 2 years when my lease is up

Anthony was great! He answered all of our questions perfectly and helped us to make sure we had all of the documents that we needed ready when we arrived! He even helped us out when we needed a front license plate holder for our New York plates. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the new car!

our Buick was delivered to Faulkner with a faulty OnStar Module. The staff in sales & service did everything in their power to get the problem diagnosed and rectified just as quickly as possible. We are now driving our 2015 Buick LaCrosse with OnStar and we are very very happy. Sorry there was a problem with the factory installed module but so happy the Faulkner group found the problem got it replaced in a timely fashion & got us our new car in perfect condition.

Best car buying experience of my life!!! The sales rep, Nick, knew everything about the car and exactly what I would like after talking to me for a few minutes. I'll mostly likely return in a couple of years when I'm ready to upgrade to the Regal or Lacrosse. I really love my car, its so perfect for me.

good, but get details on financing before signing

Overall the expereince was a good one, for a car buying experience. However I did feel like the financing was not open about the percentage rate I would be getting on my loan. I was not actually informed of the percentage rate until I asked at the time of signing. Had I known earlier what the rate would be, I would have looked to finance on my own for a better rate.

I purchased a used 2004 Lincoln Aviator, they reassured me multiple times how their top notch mechanics looked it over....I took it to a shop to find over $6000 in repairs needed. These are huge safety issues. Buy nothing used from these guys, they take your money and could care less about you after the fact!
