I was reluctant to use the service department at Ron Lewis after a bad experience several years ago, but my the engine light illuminated a mile from the dealership, so it only made sense to use their shop. Cameron was the service representative that handled the issue and repair. The vehicle is past the factory warranty and is now in the the extended warranty phase. Cameron went above and beyond to facilitate the repairs and coordinate the payment from the extended warranty holder. He communicated very well when needed and kept me updated. Because of Cameron, I’ll continue using Ron Lewis and their service department. Thank you Cameron!

Find any other dealer. If it says Ron Lewis it’s a bad idea. Especially this one. The service department is absolutely horrendous

The service department was absolutely amazing and the general manager of the service department Mr. Keith Yoder, couldn’t have been nicer, more professional, or attentive to my situation. I had to have an entire engine replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the result and how I was treated along the way, keeping me abreast of every update. I highly recommend this service center to anyone who wants excellent service

Service was poor every time I try to call had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before I could talk to somebody. Was told one price when vehicle started to be working on after words I had to pay an additional $400 which I was not happy with ask for a itemized receipt to see what all work was done could not get one also after reading the invoice they gave me I believe there was parts put on that didn’t need to be after parts were put on then they found out I had a short in the wiring so all the parts that they put on before they found the short I did not need vehicle was there from the 20 from December 23 to March 17 very unhappy

Disappointing service

Had two separate service personnel tell me they would help find out some information for me concerning a warranty issue/repair with my truck and I never heard back from either of them days or even weeks after they said they would call me back. Unfortunate they do not regard previous customers with the respect they should.

I shopped online for cars and found a vehicle I was interested in at Ron Lewis Automotive in Waynesburg. I had never heard of this dealership and decided to check it out. When I got there I was greeted right away and everyone was very friendly. The salesman that offered to help me was Steven Hlatky. I explained the terms I was able to work with and what I was looking for. Right away he went to work looking for the vehicle and any others that would work with my situation. He was honest and very forthcoming with all information and at no time did I feel the slightest bit pressured to make a purchase there. After finding a vehicle I liked and taking a test drive he went to work with his finance manager to get me the best deal possible. During my wait he kept me posted on everything they were doing and didn't leave me hanging and wondering what was happening. It was the best car buying experience I ever had and Steven was definitely the best salesman I ever worked with. I drove away several hours later with a new 2016 Jeep Compass and I absolutely love the car. In the future I will purchase all of my vehicles from this dealership. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to look here first when they decide to purchase a vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2013 Audi TT RS from Nick Ames. I have purchased and owned more cars than I can count, and this was by far the easiest dealership I have ever dealt with. Nick and his manager Rob were very honest and up front. Nice to not get the normal "car salesman" attitude. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to family.

Worst Purchase of my life

The absolute worst used vehicle purchase of my life. I am terribly disappointed in the F-150 I bought used from Ron Lewis. I was lead to believe that it was certified, had a clean go through, inspection and certified before purchase. The truck uses oil, I had to have a new manifold, the battery was no good and had to be replaced, the power windows stopped working. I had to pay out of pocket for that repair. The front caliper froze up and almost burnt up from the heat. I had to replace both front calipers and brake pads. I was told that the brakes were new at purchase, that was a bold face lie, the pads were rusty worn and cracked there is no way they are new last October, I have barley put 10,000 miles on the truck since purchase. The whole exhaust from the cat back fell off and a wheel bearing was bad. All this happened in a years time. This was a terrible failure on the part of Ron Lewis they should have gone over the truck much better than they did. I would certainly never buy a used vehicle from them again. If you do, get a 2nd opinion from a trust worthy mechanic.
