No hassle found the car showed up and purchased it. Everything was smoothly and well done. They dropped my new car off at my home with a full tank. Even made sure it had the emissions done since my county requires it but theirs does not! Not one complaint!!

I had the best experience at Fox Ford. The salesmen were so helpful and honest and upfront about the entire process. The dealership is rich with history and it is apparent with their professionalism and care and commitment for their customers. They treated me just like family. I'm not sure who the other raters were rating, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Please, if you are looking for a new or used car, head to Fox Ford! You won't be disappointed.

Tony lied about a car being available. He was caught in lie and then dodged all calls. Management was in with the deception. Entire company can't be trusted. So glad to have not had to give them my business. No one deserves the terrible service they have to offer.

Don't buy used here

Would not disclose all that was wrong with the vehicle, even though it was being sold "as is." Tried to be argumentative about getting a diagnostic code on the check engine light they tried to hide. First a sales manager told me he couldn't check because it is $95/hr. He and the other salesman played good cop, bad cop with me over it, probably because I'm female. Begrudgingly, they finally gave us the code. I won't go back here.
