Friendly, knowledgeable salesman. Super clean showroom and service department. This was not the first Honda dealer we visited, nor is it the closest. The first one, the salesman was a bit too pushy and actually was a distraction to our car shopping. At Washington Honda, we really enjoyed working with Matt Campbell.

My partner, Cindy has owned 4 Hondas from Washington Honda. She recommend that look at the Hondas when I wanted to trade in my sedan. Cindy called & asked the Sales manager Ryan, for a seasoned salesperson. We aren’t special, but I was ready to buy after experiencing her 2017 Touring CRV EX. The next day, Sat. we made an appmt with Kenny K. who was extremely knowledgeable, warm and resourceful. Kenny sold me what I wanted, as a seasoned salesman should. Kenny found the exact model/ color that for me within minutes. We picked up my new CRV on Tues. Kenny arranged all paperwork with Patrick, who was also very efficient. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had, having purchased 9 autos in my lifetime.
