Sam. from Porsche Warrington, went above and beyond to provide the best service experience possible. I recently moved from out in f state and I wasn’t sure what was done at the out of state service center. Sam took it upon himself to call the dealership and get a list of what was done to my car. Furthermore, he took the time to explain what would be done to my car along with the cost. I was particularly impressed by the post service video of my car that showed, in detail, everything that was done. I will definitely be coming back to Porsche Warrington for m future service needs.

First visit to Porsche of Warrington for my GTS 4.0. Sam was great. An enthusiast himself with a different gen had good advice for what to think about in terms of future decisions on tires or exhaust. Pretty easy visit, but I'm glad to have a solid local dealer. Even little things matter - state stickers lined up clean and neat on the windshield.

Service manager (Todd) was very helpful. I proactively stopped by before scheduling the appointment to have the tires and a rim checked. The service department was able to get all the parts needed prior to the service and complete everything on time.

10,000 Mike service and Tag inspection went as smooth as always. I had a rim with scratches which is like brand new now. Warranty Rip Off

As a car enthusiast, I have purchased many high end cars including several Porsches. Late last year I bought a Taycan 4S from Charlie Vail. They tried to sell me a tire warranty but I rarely keep cars so I was reluctant. They said don’t worry if you get rid of the car you will get an immediate pro rata refund. In a couple months I traded my Taycan for a Flying Spur. I immediately sent Charlie a copy of the transaction and requested my refund. THAT WAS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO! Now Mr Vail doesn’t even answer my messages.I have waged so much of my time. They will never sell a car to me or any doctor in my practice again

I cannot begin to express how happy is am to be a Porche owner. Porche Warrington was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It all started with a phone call from Ryan who made my dreams come true! Ryan was very helpful and made me feel at home when we met in person. Mike could not provide anymore personal service and information about my vehicle than he did. From our in person meeting to answering my multiple emails. Rick had so much patience with me completing all my paperwork. The process of signing papers and being informed of every aspect of car buying was made easy. This dealership made an extremely difficult process of purchasing a vehicle EASY!!
