Philip and the whole service staff at Audi Warrington are amazing. It truly is a pleasure dealing with these people. They do their utmost best to take care of each customer. With a smile and respect on top of it. From the gentlemen that greet you and take your vehicle, to the people who get you your loaner, and finally Philip and his colleagues are amazing people and professionals. I rarely do reviews but people should know this is the place to go when it comes to Audi sales and service!

My service experience at Audi Warrington was great. Joe, the service adviser was knowledgeable and professional and the work on my vehicle began on time. Joe and the technicians went above expectations to fix a small issue with my door weather seal and I am a happy customer. This was my third annual service with Audi Warrington and all work has been performed correctly and in a timely manner. My car has been returned to me clean inside and out. I am pleased with the service and will continue to take my car there.

Horrible customer service. Bought my car in for service because I had suspension and a check engine light issue. They do the inspection and tell me it’s going to be $3000-$4000 just to do a diagnostic on my vehicle because it has so many codes and on top of that my car now doesn’t and the parking brake won’t release even though I drove it an hour to get there. My thing is I only had two issues when I bought the car in. I obviously deny to pay that ridiculous amount for diagnostic. I say just focus on the suspension not the other codes. Mr Davis your car doesn’t move so you need to come get it it’s nothing we can do with the vehicle. Well excuse me my car was movable before I got there. The manager Joe or Mike I got two different names tell me it’s not his fault and won’t do anything to fix the brake issue even though it wasn’t an issue prior to me dropping the vehicle off. I finally got the car to move and the parking brake to release. A secret I will hold forever. How did I figure it out but the Audi technicians couldn’t. Stay away they will damage you’ve car and say it isn’t their fault and leave you standing there stranded. Horrible customer service stay away. Took my vehicle once I got it moving again on my own in their parking lot TO Bell Audi in Edison NJ. Car didn’t move but I got it to Edison with a bad suspension. They are fixing my vehicle. They took my after market warranty also(Audi Warrington) denied them and Bell Audi told me the charges were only $450 for diagnostic not 3k-4k. This Audi in warrington is ran by snakes. There was some cool employees there. Not them the guy in charge is despicable. Please stay away.

Philip, the Service Representative at Audi Warrington always provides excellent service. He always greets customers (me) with a friendly, welcoming face. Philip is an efficient, diligent and organized professional. He follows through frequently communicating with me about the progress on my vehicle’s service each time I bring it in. I appreciate his updates since I wait in the dealership until the service is complete. While there is another dealership much closer to my home, it’s employees like Philip who keep me returning to Audi Warrington for service on my 2018 Audi. It’s surely worth the drive for competent, friendly, reliable service!

Excellent service. Especially for researching 🧐 with AUDI to have a defective part covered under warranty. Great to get a loaner car. Very disappointing for the high charge to have one steering rack booth replaced. Toyota or Honda dealership service departments charge reasonably less for the same service done by their “factory trained technicians”.

PODS recall completed, loaner rejection and suggestion

The purpose of the visit was the Safety Recall 74E3 - Passenger Occupant Detection System (PODS). Although I did not have any problems with the PODS, Audi insisted the recall be performed, so in I went. The recall was performed in about the time mentioned. And, as before, the PODS continues to function well. As always, everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and pleasant. When I scheduled the recall service I was asked if I wanted a loaner. Since I had not done that before, I said yes. However, in my opinion, there were just too many hoops to jump through to actually complete the transaction, so I told them to forget the loaner. I simply waited at the dealership and read my book. Oh, one more thing in the form of a suggestion. My car is an A5. I sort of had an expectation that the loaner might be an A6 in order to induce me to trade up in value. Instead they showed me a Q5. Suboptimal choice!
