Don't Waste Your Time

onI purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy from Ed Shults of Warren for the first and only time. I put down a deposit of $1,000 so they could get the car with the features I wanted or so I thought. They even put it in writing so that we were on the same page. When I was called to pick up the vehicle, I noticed it did not match what had been previously agreed to, but the salesman, Don Baker, assured me that I would be called in the next few days to have the correct parts installed. It has been about 5 weeks now since I picked up the vehicle and it still does not have all the correct parts on it and I have never received a call from the salesman. This dealership has some pretty shady sales practices and obviously puts customer service last. There is no reason for anybody to purchase a vehicle from them. Buy it from someone with some integrity!
