Sherwood Chevrolet Buick GMC

I recently contacted Sherwood Chevrolet via the internet to get a price on a Chevrolet Suburban I was interested in on their lot. I received a quick response from sales person Brian Warburton via his blackberry requesting further information about the specific Suburban I was interested in. I responded to his request and provided all the information on the vehicle and asked to negotiate the $52,900 sticker price. I did not hear from Brian Warburton in a couple days so I sent a follow-up e-mail asking if he received the information I provided on the Suburban. He did not respond to this e-mail either. I decided to stop by the dealership with my family and look at the vehicle closer and speak with a sales person. While I was looking at the vehicle I noticed a salesman look out the window. I thought he would be out to answer any question we may have about the vehicle and possibly take it for a test drive. After 15 minutes, I looked towards the sales floor only to see the salesman watching TV. I walked towards the small sales floor to go speak with this person about the car. I was disgusted by this salesman lack of interest in selling cars. I thought this person may not be a salesman at Sherwood, until I saw him sit behind a sales person desk. I gathered my family and left the establishment. The reason I contacted Sherwood Chevrolet was because it was a local company and I wanted to support this company by offering them my business. I grew up in Wyoming County where this business in located and that was important to me. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone to go there. Save your time and go to a dealership who values a customer. This was by far my worst car buying experience. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I e-mailed Brian Warburton again to explain my unpleasant experience and hoped he would have some explanation why it occurred, but still no response.....
