Stopped in on April 28th just thinking I would test drive a Toyota Tacoma and ended up leaving in it. Had a great experience with Kyle as my salesman and Jim the manager. They gave me a great deal and the speed of everything fast and efficient. Jim was my finance manager and explained everything and I was in and out of the office. I would recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle, stop in and ask for Kyle.

Utmost care with not only my automobile, but the client (me) as well. Excellent communications - kept apprised each step of the process as to updates, questions, maintenance/repairs needed, what to expect. Only Toyota authorized parts utilized. Itemized, understandable invoice. Reminders during the year when service is needed. Del Toyota is stellar and indispensable!

It was easy to make a service appt. My car was ready when promised. It was my first appt. with my new highlander. They answered and showed me again, features of my new highlander . Very patient and knowledgeable staff.

When I arrived, my new truck was waiting out front for me. Abbie immediately brought me in and started paperwork. Everything was in order, as discussed... no surprises. They bought my old truck and I drove away in a new lease in under 45 minutes, including a walkthrough of all the features. Love my new Tundra and highly, highly recommend Del Toyota, Abbie and the whole crew there.

Carlos Roman was an amazing salesperson. He worked with me for three weeks to make sure I picked the best car for me. He even took extensive pictures of the inside of the car to make sure that my dog would fit with the back of the back seat down. In the end, I chose the Toyota Prius Prime and I absolutely love it. Carlos really worked to help me find the best car for me and showed that he actually cared for me as a customer.

Was told to not come if I didn’t want to buy today

I was in for a test drive for an used vehicle and got to negotiating the price with the sales person. After a while, the sales manager came. I was talking with him for a while. He asked me if he gave me the price I wanted, would I buy it today. I said I wanted to go back to check my financing options and come in another day for the final purchase. He said and I quote “don’t come in if you don’t want to buy it today”. Maybe they should put that in all of their communications with their customers.

Dream come true

My lease was up in two weeks and needed to return it. I saw a few Tacomas on your site..reached out for a sales person...and got Shawn Krause. We chatted...set up an appointment to come out and look at a specific truck...which had been sold that day. He showed me two others...one of which was the truck I really wanted. Suffice to say, I'm a very happy Tacoma driver.
