John Costa was amazing. After living in the area for 50 years, it was nice to purchase a vehicle locally, especially from Nick Chevy. 1.) As a car buyer, people don't like to be in the middle of the salesman and the manager/finance for long periods. Which we weren't at all. This was a very easy car-buying experience. Mr. Costa stated you know how much you want to spend; tell me which vehicle you would like, and we will see how the numbers work. 2.) Not pushing people to purchase a specific car the dealer wants off the lot. This is after we looked at multiple dealerships over the last couple of weeks, being pushed to certain cars on their lot. The deal was done within 30 minutes and our choice was selected, and we filled out some paperwork and picked up the car the next business day. I will definitely be back for our next ride. I would like to thank all involved from the sales manager to the finance manager to our personal new sales representative Mr. Costa.

bought a new truck at nick 2012 silverado they beat the best deal i got buy 1000 and gave me a little more for my trade. I would highly recommend buying from Nick!!

Took in a truck for trade-in. No major issues, ever. After they "checked" it out, it wouldn't run right. Of course, they couldn't look at it for a week. Bought a used van. Noticed a couple issues prior to buying, but was told they would fix the issues. After buying, they would not fix the issues like they had promised. Once they had the money, they were done with me. Got shouted at by sales and managers, alike. Worst car I ever owned, sold by the absolute worst dealer. Would not recommend.

I am a single mother with very little time or money and decided it was time to try and buy a new vehicle. I went to nick chevrolet because they were local and thought I would give them my business. I went there and took my car in for a trade. They only gave me $2500 for my trade and it was about $2000 less than nada was. So I figured I would do the deal as long as I was going to get the new vehicle at a good price. It ends up that once they sold me all the extra warranties and everything else they wanted me to buy, i had to take my whole savings of $7600 and give as a down payment. Once I drove the vehicle home and after around 300 miles the transmission started slipping and making all kinds of noises so I decided to take it back over to them. Once there, I dropped it off and they put it in for service. They called me and said that something inside the transmission had broke and caused the gears inside to get all busted up. I picked the vehicle back up once they called and said it was ready. Once I had it for about 2 days the same thing is still happening. I went back over to tell them, and they told me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Unfortunately they have been lying to me about it. I have been over there at least 5 times to see if they could do something about it to make it right, but they refuse to make it right, and keep giving me the run around.. I now have an attorney to help me at an additional expense and time which I do not have. This dealership does not care once they have the money. I have now contacted the news station as like I said before that I am a single mother just trying to work and survive with the times being very tough like they are. I would certainly go to another dealership as this one just plain sucks....
