Our experience with Blaise Alexander was excellent! This is actually our 3rd purchase from this dealer and we will continue to go there for years to come! We have always worked with Steve P. Very stress free, friendly, not pushy at all. With each purchase, we do a good bit of research before making a decision. Spent the last two weeks going to other dealers, driving other vehicles, and we always find that that the customer service, prices, and everything at Blaise is hard to match! flood damage

I purchased a 2011 nissan versa from blaise alexander(my first mistake i should have gone to lietzingers) I had the car for about two weeks. when i was armouralling the tires i noticed the wheel well platic was broken ,then i noticed strange rust patterns on the exaust pipe and muffler.at that point i new somthing was wrong. i took the vehicle to my mechanic,who told me the rocker panel was full of wet leaves.he agreed the russting was strange and informed me the car was definatly a flood damaged vehicle.at the time of the purchase the salesman(tim p) assured me the car was in pristine condition with only 5000 miles on it.do yourself and go anywere else for a car. !!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Blaise A. I drove 80 miles one-way just to purchase my vehicle specifically from them. They are very reputable, providing the BEST price and service, without the sales tactics. I will not purchase another vehicle from any other dealership.

Sales review 2013 Caravan SXT

Late July 2013, we started looking for a SUV or minivan. We used many internet sites and decided on a minivan. We picked one and the review said to also consider x, y, and Dodge Grand Caravan. Reviews suggested that the Caravan TCC Rating was a go Safety was 9 out of 10 and Features were 10 out of 10. Safety is a big driver for my family and the review said It's not quite the safest minivan in the segment, but the Dodge Grand Caravan earns excellent scores from both reporting crash-test agencies. There was only one with a better safety rating and the Base MSRP was significantly higher. We stopped at the dealership on a Monday evening and were greeted by Bonnie F who asked if she could help us. She showed us a Caravan SXT and gave us a good price. We went home and did some more research. We called the next day and said we would stop by for a test drive that evening. That evening we found out that the vehicle had been sold a few hours earlier. Bonnie had left a message on our home phone but we had not been home. Bonnie and the dealership manager work with us and asked for some time to find a similar SXT for the same price. Based on our research, it was a great price so we could wait a short time. The next day we received a call that they had found a SXT but it was not 100% match but the price would be the same (we traded window shade for SIRIUS). We took it for a drive, only 44 miles on it, and bought on Friday. The salesperson and dealership did a great job for us. We did not ask them to look for another vehicle; they asked us if they could have some time to find another vehicle. That is customer service.

Stress Free Sale

I purchased my second vehicle this year from this dealership today. I honestly have found them to be nothing but honest, easy going, clear and concise through both sales. They have given me over market value on two trade ins, and it took little to no haggling to purchase both new vehicles far under sticker price. This dealership is not only willing to work with you to find your ideal vehicle, they have offered me sales with finance rates far better than any lending institution I have tried (and I have a very good credit rating so I am not short of lender options.) I have recommended Blaise Alexander to several of my friends and will continue to do so because of the honesty and ease of these transactions.

The salesman seemed fairly incompetent as he attempted to price a new Jeep Wrangler for us. From doing web research on the Jeep website, it seemed that we knew more about the available options than he did. Also, both the salesman and manager used many typical tactics to convince my husband and me to accept $2000 less than our trade-in was worth. We also got a rather insulting lecture on economics and supply and demand when we pointed out that our trade-in price was estimated to be significantly higher by websites such as edmunds.com. We ended up traveling 30 minutes away to the Jeep dealer in Lewistown to purchase our new Jeep Wrangler. Not only did we get a very competitive price for the Jeep we purchased, but we also got exactly what we were expecting for our trade-in (with no insults to our intelligence!)
