Best car buying experience we've ever had!

From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had! Walking in the sales showroom, the area was inviting & calm & the desk staff were friendly & helpful. Our sales person, Ahmad, was extremely helpful & professional. We test drove 2 pre-owned vehicles & had a less than great trade-in. They secured financing for us, Ahmad kept us informed every step of the way while we waited, & the price was exactly as advertised. We were never pressured into services we didn't need, everything in our financing paperwork was explained, & we easily declined some of the additional coverage. My husband & I are thrilled with his vehicle! We're very happy to recommend Conicelli Toyota based on our recent experience!

I've purchased three cars from this dealership over the past nine years and I've always gotten a fair deal. The sales team is knowledgeable about the vehicles, and they've always been very patient with me as I weigh my options. I've considered switching to other brands (Honda being the main one), but do not want to have to build a new relationship with another dealership when I already have a good thing going at Conicelli Springfield.

Just purchased another vehicle at Conicelli Springfield and am beyond completely satisfied again. Shane went above and beyond as a salesman and the entire team from Shane to the Finance Manager, Tom, to the GM, Kevin, did everything they could to get me the lowest possible interest rate and monthly payment that they could and my warranty is unbelievable!! I absolutely love my new RAV4 and will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
