Here is a condensed version of a long story: On Friday 1/12/2024, 300 miles from home on a 700 mile trip to NC, our 2011 Hyundai with 254,000 miles lost the alternator, battery, belt and tensioner on I-81. Quickly pulling off of the exit before she died we came to a stop in the parking lot of Parsons Interstate Ford in Shippensburg, PA. Even though it was only a couple of hours until closing, the service department got us in immediately to diagnose the problem and start the repair. In the interim, I walked over to sales to see what options we might have. Even with less than stellar credit, their team was able to accommodate us and put us in an immaculate 2017 Ford Explorer with only 50,000 miles at a fantastic price. We were able to continue our trip in our new car and picked up the repaired vehicle on Monday 1/15/2024. We cannot thank the staff of Parsons enough for helping us salvage our weekend. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Alan, Chris, Greg, Caleb, Patrick, and the rest of the team for saving us when we were in such a bad spot. I would highly recommend this business for all of your sales and service needs. I was so impressed that I would make the trip in the future to buy again. Thanks again guys, we love the truck. Oil change/ service offer

Greeted by very nice and helpful gentleman, asked if they could check on possible exhaust smell in the cabin of vehicle and was advised that would be no problem. Waited average time for service. At checkout with the “service manager” was lied to 3 times in front of witnesses in the waiting area regarding if the smell had been checked or not and if we needed to schedule an appointment for service. He actually got loud with me about that. Manager does not seem to actually know very much about vehicles and apparently likes to push “diagnostic testing” to all customers instead. That answer and his comments set off red flags in my mind regarding any service or work being performed at this location. I was not very happy or pleased with his rudeness or attitude towards me. Will probably never go back. Would not recommend any services there if all issues need to be addressed through diagnostic testing prior. I have to wonder if a low tire shows up on those as well?

Great place to buy a car

They were caring kind and listened to what we needed. My wife has ALS and we were looking for a Ford Transit passenger van to help her get around to see her family friends, to go see her daughter at school events go on family vacations. The manager owner and salesperson all helped in finding us what we needed. We are so great full for what they did for us.

Everyone in kind, friendly, and professional. They do what they can to help. When I was getting my oil changed, a family stopped. They were from New York and they were having transmission troubles. Their car was immediately taken in to be looked at. It was a Chrylser. The guys called the Chrysler dealership in town, found out the vehicle was still under warranty, and sent the family there. This all happened within 20 minutes. Now that is customer service!!
