Just purchased my fourth Toyota from Tom Gallagher at Blaise Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove. I highly recommend Tom if you’re looking for a great salesman. The service department is top shelf with excellent advisors and the service manager is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

No Service After The Sale

Good price on my 2018 Tundra SR5. I told my wife I wouldn't even haggle. I got there a little after my appointment time and the truck was not there. I was told it was out for additional detailing. They had two days to do this. It came back 30+ minutes after we arrived. I found out it only came with one key. I ask them to supply a second as part of the deal and they flat out refused, both my salesman and later the sales manager. After making the deal I was told there was a sheet detailing all the factory specs included with my paperwork. There was not. I emailed, called the dealership twice and called my salesman's cell phone twice asking for a printout of the window sticker that came with my truck when new. A dealership can do this very easily with the VIN from the vehicle. They completely blew me off. No one could be bother to return my email or phone calls. I finally went online and printed one out at monroney.com. It took me about two minutes but it cost me $10.00. The sales staff is very friendly and accommodating until you pay. After that you're n your own.

Bought my first Toyota at Aubrey Alexander from Kyle Reigle. From the moment we stepped on the lot, we were greeted and welcomed. Kyle took the time to listen to us and help us find the perfect vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They truly made the buying experience as pain free as possible. Our 18 year old son has been searching the internet over the past year to purchase a used truck. He finally found his dream Ford Truck, used...in Pennsylvania and we live in Arizona. Already, that is a little wrought with anxiety when you are going to use your hard earned money, on a truck that you will not get to see until you already own it. As we talked to Jake, alot of trepidation melted away. Especially as a friend of mine visited the dealership, and everything was perfect as he inspected the truck for us. He commented how clean, orderly, and how the staff was extremely responsive to sell a Used Ford at a Toyota dealership!

They were able to get us the exact 2024 Grand Highlander we were looking for and beat everyone else’s prices. I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is very helpfull and we never felt pushed to buy and in the end we felt like we walked away with a great deal on our new Highlander. The kids had a great time also, they loved the complimentary snacks. Kyle and Parker were great to work with.

Reserved and purchased a 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and the salesman Kyle Reigle did a great job in securing the vehicle and getting delivery in only one month. At pickup , Kyle thoroughly explained the systems in the vehicle and setup Apple Car Play for our iPhones. The entire purchase experience was great and I will be purchasing my next vehicle at an Alexander dealership.

This is my third different Toyota Dealership that I have had the experience of buying a new Toyota from! By far this dealership has been the best experience ever purchasing a new Toyota. My salesmen Christian Spicher was outstanding! The paperwork was so simple an fast. Everything went smoothly an no haggling no rude sales people. Vehicle was spotless on pick up. Unlike my last vehicle which had a dent in the roof upon pick up and needed to be repaired as I waited. It was NOT this dealership that I had the issue hence why I choose Aubrey Alexander to purchase my new Highlander from as my 2022 was totaled recently. They had everything ready new hitch installed an vehicle came in sooner than expected an they were quick to install the hitch an have the vehicle ready. I will be back for sure an send all my friends to them. Thanks so much!!
