No Pressure, Great Sales Experience

by Matt_B on 07/31/2018

I was recently shopping for a 2018 Ram 1500 lease during the summer clearance special, and had a great shopping experience with Jim Bundy. Jim found me the models that qualified, both in stock and in the area. He graciously found a model for me to test drive, bringing it up to the front from the tricky and hilly rear of the dealer lot. I’d done homework on the truck, but had never leased a vehicle before, and he took the time to explain the leasing process. Jim also patiently showed me exactly how all the pricing factors involved worked out to the final payment. Throughout the entire discussion, Jim was friendly and easygoing, never pressuring me to agree to anything prematurely. Although I didn’t end up leasing from Three Rivers, my wife and I had a very comfortable and positive experience with Jim, and we highly recommend him to anyone shopping for cars in Pittsburgh!

2018 Jeep Wrangler

by Sharon on 02/06/2018

I am the proud owner of a purple 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited. Alex was my sales guy and he was awesome in every way. Worked with me to get everything I was looking for in a new vehicle. He and all the staff at Three Rivers made my buying experience fun and pain free. VERY knowledgeable and NO pressure. Thank you!

Best Experience I had dealing with a Car Dealership and its employees.

by LeeMancuso on 08/25/2017

I recently had my 2016 Jeep Patriot in for an unexpected repair with Three Rivers west Liberty. I've always been skeptical of the bumper to bumper warranty and car dealerships in general. Bad past experiences to say the least. Being ripped off or treated like a "number" or the problem with my car NOT being covered by the warranty etc etc After 20 plus years of buying cars as a private consumer and dealing with "car salesmen"and their store mechanics, my skeptical outlook was finally put to rest after dealing with Mike LaBishak at Three Rivers. In less than 24hrs he sought, found and fixed the problem and OH MY GOD it was all covered under the warranty. I paid $0.00 and wasn't harassed or pressured to spend money for make believe repairs on my vehicle. You MOST definitely score a 10 out 10 for your skill and professionalism Mike. Thank you very much Sir, Lee Mancuso

Wrong questions

by Jay_C on 08/12/2017

I came to the dealership awhile back looking for used jeep wranglers. I came here with a couple of my friends. Upon arriving all the salesmen was outside smoking and staring at us weird while we look through the lot. After talking with one of the salesmen, he showed us many vehicles. While one of my friends and I were looking at a Jeep. He pulled over my male friend and ask him personal questions about my income such as "Where/ How is she getting this money from to afford a Jeep?" And many more questions about me. First off, a salesmen do not have the right to ask where I get my income from. Secondly, he knew it wasn't professional to ask those questions because he was whispering these questions to my friend. After the salesmen ask my friend those questions, my friend told me and I decided it wasn't worth doing business here. Especially with only 10 minutes of meeting each other that was the first few questions he asked. I just thought they were extremely unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.
