Brought in my old truck for massive repairs. Everyone from the service team, management, and sales were extremely helpful and supportive in guiding me through trade in options and finding a reliable new work truck. I was able to leave there same day with a perfect match. JJ was an sales rep who really dug around and made moves to access even vehicles that were finishing being processed for their online inventory and got us checking out new rides. Working with him was a blessing.

I found a vehicle on the website and reached out to Keyshawn a salesman we used prior. This was the second vehicle we purchased from this dealer. They treat you like family. Up front and honest people. Smooth process. We came in to sign our papers and all went well. The dealership is clean and always has eager salespeople to help.

I purchased a RAM 1500 last night from Jim Shorey Auto Group in the North Hills (by Ross Park Mall.) Keyshawn Dorso was my Sales and Leasing Consultant and make the buying process easy. He eventually showed me multiple trucks before settling on my purchased vehicle and was patient with my requests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and Jim Shorey if you are looking for a less stressful, more pleasant and ultimately successful buying experience.

Terrible Experience

Went in to look at Jeep Wrangler. Sales manager tried to bait and switch posted website price, as the lease price, adding 4,000 to buy price posted on website. Ran credit without permission, before even talking to me about price, and offered ridiculous credit rate. Very low initial offer for trade, 4000 lower than other dealers. Feel bad for salesman, at posted price, very likely to buy. would not recommend this dealer.

Exceeded my expectations

Found the used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee online and had to take a look - so I inquired online. Received a call from Rob Pokora and everything was smooth as can be from there. Rob was quick to respond, helped me with up front questions, provided pics prior to my visit and was a pleasure to deal with when I arrived. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional, Rob and Ben (the finance guy - sorry I forgot last name) made the process comfortable. An overall positive experience and a fair deal on the Grand Cherokee and my trade-in. I'll keep Shorkey on the top of the list when shopping for our next vehicle. Thanks Rob!

I was looking for a specific car that I have seen before online at Jim Shorkey North Hills and I decided to stop by to check it out. To my fortune George Barnes took care of me. Since the very beginning he and his teammate Jake Timko made the buying process very easy and enjoyable. Both of them were very professional, attentive, and sensitive to my needs. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable with the financials as well as with the car I was buying (after seeing a few other options). They never pressured me or rushed me throughout the process and after the decision was made and the purchasing process started, they stayed with me always making sure I felt at home. Thanks so much George and Jake. I will definitely go back to buy another car with you. If you a re looking to buy a car, this dealer has great options in pricing and car selection, but make sure to ask for George Barnes or Jake Timko if you only want to get the best treatment.

I came all the way from Beaver, PA to find the exact truck I was looking for. Jason was very accommodating by having the truck pulled up front and began the appraisal process for my trade-in as soon as I got there in order to expedite the process. When he came back with the first offer, there were some parameters within the deal that I wanted and he was quick to revise and provide everything I asked for, within reason and never once waived in confidence in getting the deal done. I did not feel like I had to settle for anything and he even got me out of my previous lease earlier than I expected. If you are looking for a RAM pick-up truck or any other vehicle available here, I would absolutely recommend going here and would especially recommend working with Jason.

2015 Dodge ram 1500

Jake Timko was quick to respond to my online inquiry, set up an appointment to look at the truck I was interested in, he was busy with another customer when I got in but already had Tristan ready to go when I got there right before closing time. Efficiently explained the features of the pre-owned Ram 1500 and pleasant test drive. Got me the trade amount I needed and the payments worked out in my favor to be better than my projection. Quick transaction, finance folks were superb. Will definitely recommend!

Jim shorkey north hills can't be trusted

I purchased a vehicle in November 2017 and the dealership could not find the second key. They promised me if I purchased the Jeep that they would mail me the second key within a few days. It is now almost February 2018 and I still have no key and they have no intention on getting me one. I had been to the dealership numerous times and was given a different excuse every time why they couldn't give me a key. I have made over 20 calls to the dealership and never get a call back because I believe they see my name and realize I'm calling for my key. Finally after months of trying to get this taken care of the sales manager Dan made an appointment for me to come out and make good on their word. Once again I showed up and they told me they did not have a key for me but I could go to another dealership to get one but I would have to pay for it. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is the first time that I purchased a vehicle at one dealership but had to go buy the key for it at another dealership. This just shows the incompetence of Jim Shorkey Jeep North Hills. I urge everyone if you are considering buying a new vehicle to stay away from this dealership

A lot of dealership service departments have a bad reputation(some of them deserve it too). This one is different. Honest, fair, and professional. They take customer service seriously in my experiences. They do the job right the first time and the price is fair. When i take my car their and wait, the time i wait is always what they promised. I have even started to take my non-Chrysler vehicles to them for service.

Top notch operation

From start to finish, this dealership is easy to do business with. The price was the best price right up front. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. No high pressure tactics from anyone, this made the entire process a lot less stressful than other dealers i have purchased from. They took the time to work with me to get me the best vehicle and at the right price. The term "earned my business" tends to be tossed around a lot these days, but these guys really did.
