Pacifico I wanted to purchase a 2013 Elantra GT in gray or black with the sports package. My initial outreach to Pacifico Hyundai in Philadelphia was via internet. I got a pleasant response from Kyle, who sent images, specs, and prices. We discussed possible finance and current promotions. Kyle informed me there was only a blue car but they find a color i wanted. I went in today for a test drive. I got multiple calls from the salesman to see if was coming and when. They tried to give me the base model. and made it sound like I'd wait a really long time for a color other the blue. The salesman offered me full price only. Then finally said he would honor the Internet price but not if Hyundai financed me. The sales manager said if its not finance through Hyundai I can't get the discount. Then I was low balled on the trade. They let me walk out for a $3,000 difference despite that I was willing to write a check today for the full cost. Just wanted to make aware since the manager Chris. I didn't believe I was offered 13k on a 2011 Toyota Rav4 with 14,400 miles

The people who work at Pacifico Mazda worked as a team to be sure that I got the car that was exactly right for me. Cynthia Crum and Kyle Keenh in the Internet sales department were so responsive that I saved hours of time by talking with them on the phone while looking at the Web site. Then at the dealership Lamont Dean was extraordinarily patient, smart, insightful and just plain fun to be around. The experience of buying a car is stressful, and Pacifico Mazda made me feel taken care of.

Bill Costa, sales associate, answered all my questions and was professional and patient. Chris Harmon, the sales manager, provided excellent advice I can use in future end-of-lease transactions. Both Bill and Chris worked with me so I could lease the car I wanted, and I did not feel pressured as several options were presented. Jack Kettle, business manager, also exhibited the same professional and friendly interaction. Before going to Pacifico I'd visited two other Hyundai dealerships, and Pacifico was far superior. I recommend them without hesitation.

The Sales Manager, Bill Costa, was excellent in the way that he worked with me. I came in with a budget and Bill made it happen. I was purchasing a used car and they allowed me to have my mechanic look at it and addressed the issues found without hesitation. Several days after the purchase we experienced a small problem. I brought the car over to the dealership and Dennis Golden, Asst. Service Manager, took care of the problem in 30 minutes and at no charge. When I decided to buy a used car for my son I was very concerned with the quality of cars and level of customer service I would receive. I had been to several dealerships and ran into one road block after another. This was not the case with Bill Costa and Pacifico. I would highly recommend them and plan to see them again in the future if I should need to purchase another car.

Pacifico Hyundai is a great dealership. We have bought 3 new Sante Fe's from them since 2003, and the sales and serivce have been exceptional. On this visit, Sales Associates James Fisher and Internet Sales Manager Cynthia Crum were great to deal with.
