Had a deal worked out with salesman. His manager Mike agreed to deal but then came out and took deal off the table. Told me he couldn't do it after approving deal. Wasted 2 hours of my time and told me I should take a deal at another place. All this aggravation over a few hundred dollars. Don't waste your time with this place. Very unprofessional

John Concha was the most professional auto sales person we have ever worked with. He worked hard to get us an affordable deal and explained in detail all the bells and whistles that came with the car. He also made it clear that he would be there to help us if any future issues developed. Work with him and this dealership.

Bought a Sonata 11/14 from Faulkner Hyundai. I initially contacted them through the Edmunds price promise app. I received a prompt and thorough response, and after a few emails and a phone call, I had all the information needed and a deal in place. Even though they were not as close to me as the local dealers (about 45 minutes away), I went there and had a great experience. They were friendly, honest, low-pressure, and the pricing was exactly as expected. Nice facility too. they tout themselves as friendly and family owned, and I saw nothing to disagree with this. I have kept in contact with them since when shopping for another car, and am using them for service even though it is much less convenient to me. I have gotten pricing from some of their other area franchises (Toyota and Mazda) and they were also very nice to deal with. Overall, a great experience, excellent price, nice people, and one of the best internet departments I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE. This was my most enjoyable experience purchasing a car. Barney McFadden was my sales person and he was very easy to deal with. When it got time to negotiate a Price, Faulkner beat or matched any price I found. In short, I got the car I wanted, the color I wanted, at the the price I wanted and an all around great experience!

Car shopping was also a stressful event for me until I saw mike galante at Hyundai! He not only helped myself and husband as ell as our friends get wonderful cars within our budget but even checks in after the fact to make sure everything is ok! He set up times with me to learn all the fancy tech on the new car since I was not used to that.. I've just had a first, and very positive experience with Faulkner Hyundai on a used vehicle purchase. This was largely due to being connected with Steven Seidner. He is what I would call the "model salesman". Always professional, and without those bad sales habits that are so common elsewhere in the trade. We easily worked through my wants to close the deal on this vehicle, which required the co-operation of other parts of the Faulkner organization. During that time, Steven followed up with me, without being pushy. He even accommodated my young daughter with coloring activities while we conducted business. This was so much better than I was expecting! Thanks, Steven!

The experience was so stress free. My daughter Amber wanted to buy a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited with the Ultimate package in Pearl White. We found it online at Faulkner Hyundai of Philadelphia. She made an appointment to see it and I accompanied her to protect her. When we arrived, the car was out front. Amber's salesman, Howard, came to greet us, and quickly brought out the keys. We looked around, and he showed us the trunk space and the engine. He pointed out the features of the car and let Amber take the car for a test drive. After the test drive, I had some questions about changing headlights, so he took us to the service department where my questions were answered,. Next came the dreaded negotiations. Howard gave us a price. Amber did her homework. We had a price. Howard came back and gave us the price we asked for. NO HAGGLE, NO STRESS. Jordan worked on the financing. He got Amber a fair interest rate and we agreed to buy the car. Some issues with documents from MV and Insurance (no fault of Faulkner) caused us to come back the following day. When we got there, Jordan was ready for us. He went over the Hyundai warranty, and we opted for the added warranties offered for piece of mind, and I feel a fair price. I have been part of purchasing 9 Hyundai cars, and this is the first time that someone took the time to really explain the warranty. After the paperwork was done, Howard took the time to sit in the car with Amber and go over all the features in the car. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience, the best car buying experience yet. They say that Faulkner is a family owned dealership, and we felt like we were treated like family. Thank you so much. When I'm in the market for a new Hyundai, you can bet that I'll be back to see Howard.

If you're looking for a place to buy a car, with friendly sales and service associates who care about your experience, then this is the place. Today, I bought a brand new Sonata 2.0T and the sales associate Steven Folbaum is the guy you want to see. Not only was he knowledgeable of the vehicles, but he went above and beyond to meet me at my comfort level when it came to buying my car. Steven, along with the finance guy worked with me, found out where I was comfortable at paying for my new vehicle, and went above and beyond to crunch the numbers and bring the price to the right amount for me. They never haggled me or tried to convince me to over pay for my car, instead, they offered me incentives, discounts, and other solutions to offer me a deal that was too great to just walk out on. Ironically, I had two other appointments today to see different cars makers, and these guys went above and beyond to get my business that I knew I had to stay! No other dealership, not even another Hyundai dealership would have beat this deal....I want to thank them personally for making my car buying experience the best that I ever had! I found the car I wanted and contacted Faulkner Hyundai of Philadelphia. The car was available and we went to see it. Before we even saw the car,our salesman,Steven F explained and showed us every feature of this car. When we actually saw and drove the Hyundai Genesis we were sold on it. This is by far the most luxurious automobile for the price that can purchased. The Faulkner dealership is the friendliest of any I have ever encountered. They truly provide a great buying experience and do actually care about their customers. I can not state enough that this is a great dealership. If there were more stars - I would give them.

I visited this dealer for a price on a new Hyundai. Their price was $2000 less than any other dealer I visited. I really enjoyed working with the salesperson Steve and was not pressured or ever felt uncomfortable. The next day I saw a used car on their other lot and asked about the car. They brought the car up to their location that evening. I drove the car and was offered a very fair deal. My trade in offer was also very fair. I bought the car and even though it was not the car I first got a price on was treated as nice as if I had bought new. Also the title lady was upfront and everything was explained about the deal in terms that were clear and exact. I was not pressured to purchase any thing I did not want. Their follow up to see if I was satisfied was very nice and thankful! I will buy from them when I need a car in the future "TO BE SURE

We met Steven when previously car shopping. Although circumstances took us in a different direction, he provided excellent customer service. Thus, when the time came to buy a car, and we decided it was going to be a Hyundai, we didn't even think about going anywhere else! Prior to our purchase (Dec. 2013), a few friends were looking at Hyundai & we gave them Steven's name & contact information. He was very friendly & knowledgeable and took the time to explain things, including the differences of certain features between 2 Hyundai models and 2 other manufacturers. He's very easy going & not a high pressure salesman.We told him which models we sought to test drive & compare, explained our needs and our budget. He guided us towards a better selection to meet those needs at a very fair & reasonable price.

I found this dealer online and chatted with Jonathan, who was very helpful answering my questions. When I went to the dealer, Tyler H helped me pick out and lease my first car. He was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. He didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Instead, he walked me through the process so everything was easy to understand and let me know what all my options were. He found the perfect car for me, a blue 2013 Elantra. I met with him twice and both times I felt more like a friend was helping me through the process than a salesman. I got the best first car buying experience I could have possibly imagined getting. I spent less time with Billy but he was very helpful in picking out the right additional insurance plan for my lease that fit my budget. Overall I highly recommend this dealer and especially the salespeople who helped me find my dream car. I would buy or lease from them again.

What a day! Tuesday evening I left an e-mail on "cars.com" responding to a hyundai sonato. Wednesday morning Jonathan called me and invited me to come in. He had no pressure in his voice yet I felt like I should go even though it was quite a hike away. I got there and was greeted warmly by Steven Folbaum who became my sales person, though he did take the time to introduce me to Jonathan. We took a ride in the Sonato and I did not care for that. I arrived in a Dodge Caravan, which for the past 5yrs. I loved. Steven picked up on that and showed me a Caravan that was in stock and I loved it. Now here is where it gets a very personalized care. I had a budget that I could not bend. The van was more than I could afford. Steven went to his bosses and together they worked out a way for me to have this wonderful van. I absolutely had no idea that I was going to leave Faulkner Hyundai that day with a car:) BUT I DID! Gina warmly took care of all the paperwork and numbers. What a team!!!! On top of it all they washed my van again and filled it with gas!! Can you beat that? Thank you God! Thank you Steven! Thank you Jonathan! Thank you Faulkner bosses! Thank you Faulkner Family!
