I'm treated with respect and I am satisfied with the service. The service department is usually prompt in giving me a service date and time. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee service is appreciated.

Terrible Sales Experience

I scheduled an appointment to look at a Ram 1500 with Michael Matarazzo. Michael did nothing to prepare for our scheduled appointment, and forgot we had an appointment scheduled. He spent several minutes searching for the lot for the truck and the keys. Only to find out the truck had already been sold to a wholesaler. Completely had my time wasted, which would have been avoided if Michael did his part.

Happy Buyer

Keith Stainbrook from Klick Lewis Buick, went above and beyond expectations. He made the across state (PA. to CA.) purchase seamless. His detailed handling from the sale to paperwork shipping to auto-transport pickup was AMAZING! I will be referring family and friends, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and its been a few. My first out-of-state vehicle purchase was an excellent experience. Keith was there to communicate every step of the way, he even worked on his two days off to make sure everything was in order. GREAT SALESMAN, BUY FROM KEITH!!! You will not regret it.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Like that knew us forever instead of just meeting. Bo Setlock our salesman was absolutely amazing and fun, but professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Lewis even gave us a greeting. This was the best experience we ever had purchasing a new vehicle! Kudos and thank you!

PSI tire pressure on Buick Envision Nitrogas air in tires

I had my tires rotated and then the PSI on my tires were not at the recommended 35 psi. One tire was at 28; one was at 29; one was at 31 and one was at 32. Then the second appointment which was for state inspection, I asked that they be sure to check PSI as the readings were not at 35. They said the did it. When I got in the car to leave the PSI was the same as before. They said it should change. They didn't and when I called back they said that it could be the cold weather that the sensor is not changing.

Something else is wrong every time

I always bring my car in and after one problem is fixed another one starts. I stopped going to Klick Lewis for about 5months and never had any problems with the other garage. Had to go to Klick Lewis since they were the only one with an opening and suddenly something was wrong again.

Awful service department experiences

I took my vehicle in for an annual inspection and was told that the driver's side mirror needed to have the glass replaced because it was clouding over. Since it was just the glass (GM part 88981032 which is about $45), and it was explained to me they can easily "just pop it in", I said to go ahead with the repair before asking for an estimate as it would most likely be inexpensive.. When I received the bill, the cost was over $400 for the mirror. I contacted GM and they explained to me that $400+ would be what an ENTIRE mirror assembly would cost, not just the glass which would be, as said, around $45. But, when I checked the mirror assembly, I noticed I still had the original part and just new glass (I know this because of the presence of small scratches that have been on the mirror housing). That was my first issue with Klick Lewis service. A couple of months later, I had to take the vehicle back for service as it started squealing. They diagnosed the issue and stated it was the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt. Both items were replaced, but the car still squeals just as bad as it had before. This is not my main concern, although it's not ideal. What made this visit worse was this: while I was at the service department, I mentioned that my HVAC control unit was failing (flashing which is a very common issue) and would eventually need replaced. I asked them to quote me a price, which they happily did. All good so far, but when I got home and looked over my bill for the belt and pulley replacement, I noticed they charged me $112 to "diagnose the A/C system" - which is NOT something I had even asked for. So, needless to say, this hasn't left me wanting to ever go back to Klick Lewis for any purchases or vehicle service.

Awesome Service

I have been looking for a new truck for about 8 months. Decided to travel about an hour away to check out Klick-Lewis. It was well worth the drive! I not only found my truck with all the extra bells and whistles but at the price I could afford. Shannon and Alan were great and I would HIGHLY recommend them and the whole Klick-Lewis family. Parts and Service went out of their way to help me with some of the extras and installed them quickly. The local Chevy Dealerships just didn't seem to want to deal but Shannon and Alan went out of their way to make the deal happen. They have restored my faith in Chevy. THANK YOU!

Great Dealership

I purchased my 2016 Corvette new from Klick-Lewis Chevrolet. This is the second new Corvette that I purchased from them. They are the number one selling new Corvette dealership in the state for a reason. The have a great selection of new and used Corvettes. They also know how to trade a used Corvette. Most dealers either low ball you or use the excuse we have to wholesale your Vette? Klick-Lewis doesn't play those games. Rick & Tom Risser who are partners of the dealership are also Corvette owners. Klick-Lewis also sponsors two area Corvette Clubs and are members of the NCRS Mid Atlantic. The service department is the best.Ben Rodriguez the service manager will take the fear out of leaving your Corvette for service. Phil Letherby the Corvette tech is the best around the job gets done right the first time. If you didn't buy or get your Corvette serviced at Klick-Lewis you are missing out on a first class dealership.
