The lady at the service desk went over and above. I didn't think I could have the inspection done since it wasn't due until October, i said nothing. She came to me and said it could be done. They did it. Then she gets my registration and insurance card; you guessed it. State doesn't send for the registration and of course I didn't do it. She whipped it right off,, gave her my credit card. DONE! Had me call my insurance agent, she gave me the fax number. I called, they sent a blank page, she was so pleasant had me recall they refaxed. Inspected the car. DONE! I wish I knew her name. If you can look it up please do She is an asset to Turner Buick, New Holland. I thank her immensely for her knowledge, personality and get it done. Thank you!

Was in for inspection. Got my truck back had broken glass in side view mirror. Not 100% sure it was like that before I took it there. But either way I noticed the next morning. The mechanic either missed it for inspection or accidently broke it himself. Also, I was just in dealership late November for oil change rotate and G.M. multi point inspection. Again after doing all that work they must have missed the fact that my inspection could be done. Forcing me to drive all the way back to the dealership on one of the worst weather days of the month. When I made it to the dealership I asked the service writer why it wasn't done the last visit I was told he was saving me money because I had so few miles on my truck it would be an exempt emissions if I waited a month. Wonderful, I thought, then I got the bill and they charged me $50.00 for and exempt sticker. Where was the savings! What do they charge for a full emissions test? Other dealers I checked with charge $20, $9 etc. Never again. Done there.

scary and disappointing

HORRIBLE place to work with. They got me for about $5,500. I went in there by myself with a newborn baby hoping they would be accommodating in my search for a bigger family car. They pulled out the crappiest, least expensive car they had on the lot and tried to sell it to me which happened to be a DODGE, not even a Buick or GMC... I traded in my 2012 Buick Verano for a 2014 Dodge Journey. It should have been an even trade because they had the same amount of miles on them. Either way, they offered me $9,500 for my trade in, but my car was valued FAIRLY at $14,000!!! (I found this out later on kbb.com) and to top it off, they tried to sell me the Dodge for $15,266!!! The Dodge is only worth $13,000 AT BEST! They falsely advertised the Dodge by saying on the sheet that it has automatic headlights, which it does NOT! Total rip. To make matters even worse, the Dodge had a LOT of problems with it. I took it back 3 times. Turns out, the car was never even looked over when it came to the lot. All they did was wash it, MAYBE put some USED tires on it and stuck it on the lot for sale. TERRIBLE SERVICE! The car I gave them was beautiful... Flawless leather interior, newly inspected. The car they gave me reeked of cigarettes and had a bad hub/wheel bearing and bad front strut mount! I will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!! All they did was take advantage of me and make money off of my new family. THEN I was threatened to take this review down by management or else I would be charged for service to the vehicle…which I was. A $60 bill. I have a voicemail from their so called “management” stating that if I don’t take down the bad reviews by a certain time, “a claim would be filed with the magistrate” for the $60 balance. Really??? That’s how they handle customer service?? I have the right to freedom of speech and I am entitled to my opinion without repercussion. I laid this review out exactly how it happened to me. I am telling the truth. Needless to say, I paid the bill so I could keep this review alive and active. I don’t want anyone else to make the mistakes I made by going here. I believe I was ripped off. BIG TIME. I’ve got a whole file folder full of records. I’m still unhappy and will be paying for this car for the next 75 months of my life. I thought I made a deal for 60 months. They rushed me through the paperwork saying: “you might want to hurry because your baby looks like it will wake up soon!” They offered me a 7500 mile warranty because they felt bad about all the issues this Dodge had with it that they just happened to “miss” when it was brought in. Apparently they don’t inspect the cars when they come to the lot??? Thanks for reading this. SERIOUSLY consider it before going here. Shiesty experience... to say the least. –August 2016

horrible - dishonest company

bought parts from their parts counter they gave us the wrong parts - refused to replace the parts with the correct one or to refund our money. instead threatened us if we came ont he property or called them again... trying to resolve this issue. they deny that we ever bought anything from them never mind the receipt and the credit card statement. BUYER BEWARE - these guys lack integrity, morals and ethics from the top down. and think they can get away with taking your money but not fulfilling their side of the bargain. We will NEVER buy another GMC Vehicle

Unmatched Service

Being in the construction industry, our schedule constantly changes on a moments notice. Realizing our need for an additional vehicle within 12 hours for our crews to manage the monumental work load, "impossible" and "daunting" were the first words that came to mind. Not the case! With one call to Kirk N at Turner Buick/GMC in New Holland, he pulled in to my business before lunch the same day with exactly what I requested, and at the right price. Not only that, but to ensure the deal could get done that day so that our crews could utilize the truck the next day, Kirk even PERSONALLY detailed and fueled the truck so that it was ready for delivery. I've never seen this commitment to customer service in my life! Thanks Kirk and Turner!!

It wasn't the Price that sold me, It was the service!

Kirk had heard that i was in the market to purchase a vehicle, He immediately reached out and asked what I was and was not looking for. With in a couple hours I had a message with a video of a vehicle that I never even considered b/c I didnt think I could afford. Kirk could have easily sold me my original want at a much higher cost but instead he found me a vehicle that had the immentities I was looking for that was much cheaper in cost. I was to come into the dealership on a few occasions but becuase of my busy schedule I had to reschedule multiple times. Never once did Kirk make me feel like he was in a rush. On the day I was finally able to make it in, I had forgotten the title to my trade. What did Kirk do? He followed me back to my house to pick it up so I didn't have to run home and back into the dealership agian. WHO DOES THAT? Not only that, but he also had all my belongings that were in my trade already in the new vehicle while i was signing the paperwork!! Everyone at the dealership gave such an inviting warm welcome. So it wasn't the car that sold me, it was the service I recieved from them all! I will definately be returning to Turner Buick GMC for my next purchase!

Amazing Dealership!

Great experience with the staff of Turner Buick. Was looking for a used vehicle to fit my family's needs. Worked with Kirk N and he went the extra mile to meet those needs. Received a video of the vehicle from Kirk, that was very descriptive. This is all before I even set foot in the dealership. It was very convenient. I called in talked with Kirk, told him what I was looking for and in a short time I had a video showing me what was available. Kirk was willing to work with me, listen to my needs and work a deal that satisfied my needs. Great salesman. Look him up.

Great Sales Experience at Turner Buick GMC

Visited Turner Buick GMC looking for a good used SUV. Spoke with salesman Kirk N and was able to work a great deal on a used Chevrolet Tahoe. The owners manual was missing so Kirk ordered one and had it for me in a few days at no cost to me. Was very pleased and satisfied working with Kirk.

wonderful dealership.my wife and i purchased a chevy avalanche fell in love with the vehicle.the problem,we live in florida 1000 miles away. no problem for these guys.Kirk n sent me a up close video going over every inch of the vehicle,also pointing out any flaws or scrapes. they arranged financing for us with not so perfect credit.Steve is their f&i guy and he was equally amazing. fedexed all paperwork because my wife was unable to make the trip. she signed her part they even picked me up at the airport several miles away. i would highly reccomend this dealership and Kirk is a must call for all your vehicle needs. thx ray and kim r ocala,fl
