Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't pressure anyone into anything the customer didn't want. Made the process as smooth and quickly as possible. The sales representative and the financial representative both answered questions quickly and to the best of their knowledge. Didn't play games and didn't lie, if they didn't know they said so flat out. This experience was the fastest (walk in, test drive, number crunch, signed and delivered within 4 hours), most efficient and least problematic of any dealership buying or browsing I have ever had. Your whole team deserve credit for that. The last time I purchased from a dealer, it was about a 7+ hours, back and forth game, and attempting to sale a vehicle i didn't want.

I was immediately greeted by sales dept as soon as I exited my vehicle. I was directed to dept I needed, and options were explained about leasing new vehicle vs buyout of car I wanted to turn in. Even though there was only 1 new RAV4 in stock, it was exactly what I wanted. My salesman was fantastic. The entire sales team, financing dept is wonderful

I like that I can speak to Bobby Preston personally since I've bought 3 cars from him/Preston in the past. He tries to find the vehicle we are looking for if it's not on the lot. Tom B. did a great job working with my son on buying his truck and keeping him up to date on what was going on with paperwork, trucks arrival, etc. I should also mention Ravi did a great job on talking to me on the phone about the financing and finding me a decent APR. He also had all the details in order when we arrived there to sign the paperwork and it was the quickest experience we've had thus far.

Tom listened to what I wanted, understood budget and stayed in communication with me even if didn’t have the vehicle I wanted yet. Being in sales myself, I think that last one is important. If he didn’t stay in contact, that may leave the door open for someone to go elsewhere. He went above and beyond to make sale happen.
