An honest, friendly, knowledgeable dealership- no knots in the stomach!

While "an honest used car dealership" may seem an oxymoron, this place certainly is just that! I have already purchased my 2 recent vehicles from Ray Murphy and couldn't be happier w/his friendliness, general understanding, trust and honesty. While buying an used car almost always involves some little issues, imperfections etc., Ray has consistently walked an extra not 1- but 10 miles to ensure, that all of these were resolved and in a timely manner. Choice Auto has their own repair shop where Lisa and Peter keep the same highest quality of service. If there were more than 5 stars to give- Choice Auto deserves them all. Thank you, folks!

Absolutely wonderful experience in car buying!!! Very customer friendly. Even the little thingsi noticed ( tire pressure valve} were fixed right away. No questions asked!! I recommend them to every one!!! Go see Ken, tell him Mongo sent you!!

2010 Chevrolet Camato SS

I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS in February of 2019 form Choice Automotive. I was more than pleased with the entire process of purchasing this vehicle. Lenny was more than helpful from the time i inquired about the vehicle until the day I took delivery. The weather was less than favorable (Winter) for looking at the car and Lenny had my car in a climate controlled garage, professionally detailed for us to look over. [non-permissible content removed]. Make promises that they won't keep. I purchased a vehicle there last month. Great selection and fair prices. However, they really lowballed me on vehicle trade. Spent over 3 hours just trying to complete the purchase because the moron working with me wasn't even qualified to make the sale. He had to constantly go back to his manager's office through the entire process. They only gave me one key with the vehicle but promised a second key. I just had to wait a week. After a week, I called every day for two weeks to get the second key. After getting the run around for over a week, they told me that they could have a second key made and to drop the vehicle off. However, at that point they told me that I had to pay to have the key made, they would not provide a key. I would rather pay a dealer 5x more to get a second key just out of principle. I will not do further business with them, and I would not recommend purchasing from them. They either need to fire the [non-permissible content removed] that made these false promises when I bought the vehicle or take him out of sales completely. His communication skills are horrific.
