In 2021 I traded in my 2015 Silverado for a 2021 Subaru Outback. I regretted the decision a short time after it was done. Colton at Blaise Alexander Chevy in Muncy, PA knew of my situation and was nothing short of a steller sales rep. He was not pushy at all and literally did everything he could in order to make going back into a Silverado possible. This young man was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Chevy and Blaise Alexander do everything that they can to move him upwards within the company.

I had been looking for a new Camaro SS 1LE since July, in OH, MI, NJ, PA and DE, but was unable to find one. I saw an ad in CarGurus for one at your dealership and left a message. James called me shortly thereafter, offered a compelling price, secured financing through GM and arranged to have paperwork couriered down to me the next day. Car was ready for pickup, but I waited two extra days to get it due to other commitments. Very easy process. Helpful and friendly!

This is my first SUV purchase and three weeks in I can say I am completely satisfied. It was a hard decision to go from a truck to an SUV but I am happy I made the move! Floyd was my salesman, he was not pushy. I went in to drive the vehicle and told him I was looking at several different makes and models. We went for a test drive and he explained the vehicle features to me. After the drive he gave me his card and told me he hoped to hear from me again. He did... he made this experience simple. From the very first email I knew I’d made the right choice, representative was very responsive and informative. The dealership was 2.5 hrs away from me but worth every mile traveled. Awesome staff, we got to work with Hunter Lomison, Joe in finance and Curt the GM. All were beyond professional and personable and went well above and beyond to ensure we had a extraordinary experience. Even post purchase the experience got even better, we had an issue with a spot on the bumper and they not only offered to fix it but picked our truck up at our home and brought us a nice loaner vehicle that fully accommodated our large family. I would highly recommend Blaise Alexander Chevrolet and all the gentlemen I mentioned earlier. Amazing experience, thank you.
