I had a great experience with the whole Faulkner organization especially with my salesman Don Friel. When I first walked in to their brand new used car sales building Don was very friendly and down to earth, explained my options and the price of the car. I left and with talking to my Wife we decided to make an offer on a 2014 Terrain. I stopped back to see Don and we negotiated a price as two friends would talk about a price, not like a salesman and buyer, no pressure at all! After agreeing on a price it was late (4:00) and my wife was not with me. So we agreed to pick it up the next day and Don had it detailed, oil changed, tires rotated and almost full tank of gas. the next day we came in and where meet by a team of three people, Ashley, Chris and Maryland to handle the paper work and explain all my options on warranty and other options like extending the factory warranty, financing and what all the papers that needed signing where, not just putting them in front of you and asking you to sign. If I had to rate this whole experience from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11.

I went here, with low expectations due to the size of the dealership's office, and the cynicism of dealing with any car dealer. Turns out there were no games played, got fair price for trade, got fair price on new car, and they held up their end of the bargain despite challenges of finding what I wanted. They kept up their end of the agreement. I was shopping my trade first, then the new car 2nd. They were the first one I came across who was being reasonable about my trade value, plus they were decent with the new car price compared to other dealerships, so I made the handshake with the salesperson, and came back Monday to wrap this up. And when I got there, everything was as we discussed on that Saturday. My salesperson was straight up, and everything went as it should. So I will recommend them in the future, and would not hesitate to go back to them again.

Remarkable Sales Person

Last week it was my good fortune to meet the most remarkable sales person that I have encountered. His name is Sharif Mosley, and he made the purchase of a 2015 Buick Encore at Granite Run Buick GMC a pleasure. Friendly, attentive, respectful, and patient, Sharif answered all of my many questions over several hours. An Encore was found 45 miles away for delivery, and, between the sales manager and Sharif, all of the available discounts were explored and applied. The next day, I was stunned to discover that Sharif had come in on his day off and waited several hours for the car to be prepped before he called me to pick it up. Once I arrived, he again reviewed the Encore with me and assisted me with last minute questions and details. At no time was I rushed or made to feel that I was taking away from his personal time. That night I realized that, because the Encore had come from NJ to PA, it had a front licence plate bracket that had been drilled into the bumper. I thought that this bracket detracted from the lines in the front of the Encore and brought the Encore back to Sharif. He immediately oversaw that four color matched buttons were ordered to insert into the holes drilled in the bumper. A week later, he assisted me to have the buttons installed. This level of caring, courtesy, and genuine concern for the customer is rare. If you wish to experience it, drop by Granite Run Buick GMC and ask for Sharif.

The team at Granite Run was fantastic! Our experience has guaranteed that we will be lifelong customers. The salesman,(Kamran), was both personable, and knowledgeable. The sales manager was attentive, and made sure our experience was easy, and enjoyable. The finance rep, was fantastic! He made the experience easy and painless. We found Ryan Irish to be an absolute joy to deal with. He runs a great organization! We were fortunate to have our first experience with the Service department. The process was quick, the techs and office personnel were honest, and made the experience go smoothly!

I needed a new vehicle and other dealerships were being slow or just wanted to sell what they had on the lot. I spoke to Caitlyn about it and she said to come in and speak with a sales person. After speaking with Kamran and Mark, we ordered exactly what I wanted and was on my way in is short order. After 5 weeks the vehicle arrive and I went to arrange financing. We wanted to give the loan business to BAC since we are shareholders. However the bank experience was very slow and impersonal. But the dealership was patient and help us work through it and provided information and assistance to the third party bank. On delivery day we moved through the process efficiently and vehicle operation was explained in good context. Overall a great experience at Granite Run and I would return again.

2014 Buick Encore - DPU

Mr. John L. L was true professional. His sales approach was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We developed a solid rapport right from the start. He turned a usual stressful affair, purchase of a vehicle, into a very simple and straight forward transaction. Quite frankly, I felt that I purchased my new Buick off of a longtime friend. He made sure that I understood that Granite Run Buick would stand behind the purchase by servicing the vehicle. He told me should I require anything regarding my new Buick to start with him.
