Kia EV6 Wind fulfilling sale’s Service

This dealership has an impressive operation from my experience. My wife and I made our first EV purchase web shopping. We found Fred Beans offered the most for our hard earned money. Working with Mykel Ireland via email/text/phone, preparation for the purchase was completed before we traveled 6 1/2 hours to complete the transaction and take possession of the vehicle. Everything was as described and the walk through tour of the vehicle that Mykel gave took away any traveling and operation concerns I may have had. But I wait! Dan Thompson in finance then made the smoothest transition I have encountered in a finance office. Only offering the most useful and cost efficient product continued the process of looking out for the customer. Finally an unexpected follow up phone call from Mykel the next day to make certain our travel home was safe and successful. In my 15 car purchases in my life, I finally encountered a customer centric dealership. I wish I lived close enough to use their service department!

Oil change

Very good experience; however the cost of an oil change and tire rotation had gone up about $20 since I purchased my vehicle there 3 years ago. Used to get “The Works” package for $39.99 with coupon. Now “The Essentials” package cost me $60 with a $5 off coupon.

Lying Scam Artist!

Beware Lying Scam Artist! Took my Kia there for a simple $190.00 repair job and the technician caused $670.00 of body damage. Service manager and foreman both called me a liar and after offering to pay half the damage they caused they backed out and rescinded the agreement. There are other Kia dealerships in this area, please use them not Fred Beans or else you could be next!
