They reset the dash to factory setting which was ver disappointing as we had them all set to our liking and had to be redone. There are so many more that it is frustrating. You need to avoid or advise when this may occur. It also took a long time to schedule.

2019 Sonic Purchase

My salesperson, Sarah A. was just great....she was very nice, listened to my concerns and really made the deal work. I came to Sun from a different dealer and was very pleasantly surprised by the stellar customer service given by Sarah and others that I have thus far interacted with. The Sonic is a wonderful car and I am very impressed with it...just love driving it.

Even though Sun Chevrolet is located 90 min from my home , the drive is well worth it! The kindness, respect, and professional courtesy shown during my recent service visit for routine service was simply outstanding! I look to be continuing a long term relationship with this dealership 😊

my wife and I recently went to Sun Chevy looking to trade in our pickup for something a little smaller. we were immediately greeted by our salesman, Dave. he was polite and courteous, asked questions and was able to match us up with the right vehicle. on the test drive we were sold. He even helped introduce us to Onstar. from start to finish it was the best car buying experience i've ever had. we highly recommend Sun Chevy to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle. the entire staff is simply excellent.

The best car buying experience I have ever had.

I must honestly say this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I initially built a car with all of my preferred options through the Chevrolet website and then checked the local inventory of the dealers in my area. After asking for quotes from a few dealerships on that Monday, I received a reply from Ryan, the internet manager at Sun Chevrolet, less than an hour later. I was able to get all of my questions answered within a few hours and agree to a very good price for a new Chevy Equinox with everything I wanted. Once my wife, daughter and I arrived at the dealership Monday night we found everyone at the dealership was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, while Ryan was assisting another customer. Once the salesman was free, we were then able to take our time and look over the car in a large indoor garage. It was nice to be able to go over the car and stay out of the cold February weather. The car test drove perfectly and the 4 cylinder engine was closer to our 08 Equinox then I initially expected it would be. I felt no pressure to rush our decision and Ryan gave us a few other options for similar cars if we needed something bigger or less expensive. We had to return to the dealership the next day to complete the financing of the car and have another option installed. Everything went perfectly and better than I ever anticipated. Our daughter is almost two-years old and full of energy. The owner himself, Martin Sr., babysat our daughter and let her wander around the showroom looking at the cars, while we took care of the paperwork to buy the car. I will definitely buy another car from this dealership. My wife and I have told many people about our experience there and suggested to our friends and family that are in the market for a new car to visit this dealership. Overall the experience was great and tailored to our individual needs. We were able to quickly get a great price for the car that best suited my family. The dealership was willing to work with my schedule and delivered much more than a car to my family. The car is great and I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Sun Chevrolet.
