Car has been listed for 15 days as sale pending?? Dealer says he can’t show me the car because someone has a deposit on it. Whats up with that ??

Mistake of service dept.causes dealer to give me a new vehicle with a bad factory paint job and a color not wanted very disappointed with outcome.
