If we could give Morgan Automotive zero stars that would be all they deserve. You never returned our phone calls Doug. We even reached out to you via email and you said to call you and you still would not get on the phone or even have the courtesy to call us back. It was deeply disappointing that we were unable to make a deal with you Doug to purchase the 2016 Dodge RAM 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab LWB 4WD after meeting with you 2 weeks ago on Tuesday, April 10. I know my husband was all excited and was looking forward to hearing from you on Wednesday morning when you said you would call him after you put some numbers together and then you never called him. He waited all morning to hear from you and then he ended up calling you on Wednesday afternoon and wanted to speak to you, but you never got on the phone to speak with him. Matt came on the phone instead and when my husband told him that he would like to talk about purchasing the truck, he had told him that the price was not negotiable at all. After meeting and talking with you the previous night, Doug, we were at your dealership for over 4 hours and drove an hour and a half each way to get to you and we were definitely interested in purchasing the truck and thought we had found a great dealership and were looking forward to making a sale happen. When we met with you, you seemed to be really caring and spent so much time with us. So much time was wasted by you talking too much about yourself. I read your reviews online and people claim that you are a fair guy and work with them to make a sale happen but unfortunately for us, it did not happen. I just wanted to take the time to write this so others will not be deeply disappointed and misled like we were. Don’t waste your time on this dealership where you are not a priority and they do not get on the phone to speak with you or return your phone calls. Your dealership really lost out because we would have brought a lot of business your way if you would have treated us with respect and did not ignore us. You lost out BIG TIME!

Most have had the big dealer experience where the customer has felt they were being pushed through an assembly line and treated as another number and treated as a sales figure. Bottom line up front (BLUF) I'm glad I drove 121 miles to pick up a vehicle from the Morgan's. I scheduled a visit, and upon arrival, I saw the vehicle was prepped and ready for a test ride. In addition to arriving, I was greeted (by name) and offered a cool beverage. I wasn't sure if I was going to a car dealership or a friends house. The car buying experience of old is being put to the test by Mr. Morgan and his business, warm, friendly, professional, no-hassle, and thorough explanations. Heck, I may be driving 121 miles every time I buy a car. Great place.

Hands down the best service you could ask for. Highly recommended from a Jersey Girl who fought the Schuylkill Expressway at rush hour to complete the purchase of our families newest Bowtie. A beautiful 2015 gas, crew cab, long bed which isn't the easiest truck to find used in such amazing condition. If your looking for quality and excellent service look no further than Mark and Doug and the team at Morgan Automotive.

I saw a truck on line and called, only to be told by the salesperson that the specific vehicle I wanted had been sold........... NOT!! Later, that same day I had my brother call and he was told they had that vehicle for sale. I then contacted the dealership and asked to speak to the manager. The manger gave me a [non-permissible content removed] apology and when I told him how MickyMouse his dealership was, and how I had been told the lie of it being sold, he became defensive and said " I don't know why you are talking to me like this". Nice apology, dude!! Trucks are for sale everywhere... I will buy where they treat a customer right and value my business.

I want to thank mark ,Karl and everyone at Morgan for the wonderful buying experience. I was looking for a Chevy or gmc 2500hd for a little while. I wanted a crew cab but settled for a extended cab as they were hard to find in my year,milage and price range. The whole experience from start to finish was very painless. I even had a minor issue after purchasing the truck that Morgan took care of. Also I have never purchased a vehicle and the owner took the time to shake my hand and say "thank you for your business". That meant a lot to me. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I drove up to Manheim from Fredericksburg, Va. for a good deal on a 4000 mile Candy Aplle Red, 2008 Mustang GT. We've had it a month now and it is all that it seemed - brand new! The car and the sales process were ready to go. I love the car!

When my husband said he wanted to drive from Chesapeake, Va to Pennsylvania to look at a truck, I thought he had lost his mind but we went. I'm so glad that we did. He got an amazing deal on an awesome truck. Many thanks to Karl and Mark for many texts and phone calls before we made the trip. It was well worth our 6 hour drive there and 6 hour drive home. Karl gave us plenty of time to take the truck out for a drive and to check it out good. The sale was fast, easy and courteous. The truck made the 6 hour drive home safely and with no problems and passed Virigina inspection with no problems. His friends can't believe its a used truck. It looks brand new. We highly recommend Morgan Automotive, great deals, professional and courteous sales people. Thank you Karl and Mark.

it was exciting, simple and an overall great experience dealing with Karl. He made the whole process (paperwork, etc) fun and enjoyable. The wife and I drove from York to look at a Ford Explorer Sport Trac (but it just didn't WOW me). As we were leaving to head back home, we saw a beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7 Hemi and (Thanks to Karl) we ended up driving home in that awesome truck. Karl made us feel as though we had known him for years... and (hopefully) we will. He treated us great and made us feel as thoug we were all best friends. Thank You so much Karl.
