Was time to trade in my 2013 MKS which I was very happy to have driven the last 9 yrs. The dilemma I had was I didnt want an SUV as I am a car person but I really wanted to stay with Bergey Lincoln. Since Lincoln doesnt make cars anymore my choice was SUV or different brand. Drove the Black Label 6cyl Nautilus and loved everything about it. Great drive ,quality luxury and looked good. Saying all that I likely would have shopped further for a car but in my 50 yrs of buying cars I have never been treated better by any dealership . Bergeys Lincoln service dept is the best. Sales group is amazing and vehicles are top shelf. Bought the Nautilus as I will get used to driving an SUV and allow me to stay with the best dealership. Thanks to Pete for all his efforts and patience with me as I went back and forth on my decision. Very fair deal and totally satisfied in all areas. Check them out you wont regret it.

Bergey's had a great selection of used cars as we viewed online. Bergey's made it effortless to schedule an appointment and had the vehicles we were interested in pulled and available for a test drive when we arrived. This was absolutely terrific as we traveled more than 90 miles to their locations. Bergey's goal was to provide us with the best service and a great experience and they did just that and more! Charles, Ben and other staff members were absolutely wonderful! We'll go to Bergey's again when we have the need for another car purchase. I had a Great experience at this dealership. Yara and Ben helped me find the perfect SUV for me. They were very knowledgeable and made the transaction quick and seamless. I love my new SUV and I loved the Price too. When its time to get a new vehicle I'm 100% going back to Bergey's. If you plan on going to Bergery's ask for Yara and Ben!

Best car buying experience

I had an excellent experience at Bergey's Lincoln. Charles Smith was my sales representative and he went above and beyond to cater to my schedule. He worked out my deal exactly to my expectations with zero pressure and stayed on top of communication when I wasn't in the store. When I picked up my vehicle, as promised it was ready and detailed and he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and drive off. The experience could not have been better. Honest and transparent are not typically words I use in association with car dealerships, but that is exactly what my experience was. I will definitely be back to Bergey's Lincoln and Charles for future purchases and I highly recommend Bergey's Lincoln and Charles Smith to anyone.

I purchased a used 2020 Ford Edge ST from Bergey’s Lincoln. The transaction went smoothly. I worked with Charles Smith who was easy to work with. He answered all questions and I did appreciate that it was low pressure. Since delivery of the car, I had an issue that popped up and they took the car in and addressed it for us. I would work with them again in the future.

Pathetic and lazy

This is the first dealership I’ve ever been to where the salesman is too lazy to take you for a test drive. I test drove the Lincoln by myself, which wasn’t an issue, but it was an obvious red flag and a microcosm of how this dealership operates. They refuse to negotiate anything and offer no transparency on how they arrive at their estimates. I was offered more than twice as much for my trade in at another dealership. Needless to say, I will never waste my time at this pathetic dealer again.

At my last service visit to Lansdale Lincoln the mechanical service to my vehicle was performed very well by Chuck. However unlike in the past, when my vehicle was picked up on May 26, 2018 upon completion of the mechanical work, the usual cleanup and washing of the vehicle was not included in the service. That special little extra clean up has always added a special touch to the service activity. I was very disappointed. Perhaps my disappointment was related to the fact that Chuck was not at work on the day my vehicle was picked up. Chuck would never have allowed my vehicle to leave the premises without a clean up. He is dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. Kudos to Chuck!!!!!!! I would recommend this dealer to a friend IF Chuck handles the service.

What could have been great

I drove over an hour and a half to Bergeys, from New jersey. Our sales person Dave was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy like so many sales people. We felt like we did not get good $ for our trade, but the deal was good enough so we where happy anyway. If it ended with that i would have given it 5 stars. However after receiving the new license plates in the mail, i went to install them. I realized that the Mkz we purchased had no place to install a front plate. When i contacted our sales person he told us we would need to purchase a bracket for $50. I felt the car should include this for the price. Needless to say i had to pay the $50 because they would not include it. This left a bad taste, and will probably be the reason i will not recommend or shop this dealer in the future
