Salesman Victor Pides was a gentlemen . Honest and patient . Buying a car or a home one of my least favorite things to have to do . Victor made it a smooth transaction . I would like to also thank Jeff G. In Sales dept . he also was patient and responded to phone calls in timely matter . Also he helped me get a spare remote for my car . Thank You Jeff and Victor !!

Great Sales Experience but Terrible Service Center.

The sales experience itself was great with Kevin, he was helpful and patient through the entire process. But the car itself and the subsequent service were a major problem. The car was given to me with the rear wheels loose (didn't know that until it was taken in to the service center). The situation was made worse as the service center was non existent when trying to address the problem. I dropped the car off and did not receive a single call with an update, offering a rental (car was kept over night). I had to call two times to find out what was going on. This experience has overall left a bad taste in my mouth and the $100 service credit seems insignificant relative to the risk my family was put in.

Standard car buying experience, liked my salesmen, don't fall for the 200$ upsell for them to etech your windows for no reason, how can a security feature trough a 3rd party company be mandatory.
