Oil Change

I was promptly greeted and checked in upon my arrival. My car was serviced quickly and returned to me. In addition to oil change and tire rotation my tires needed the tire pressure adjusted. Rep was very courteous.

Never again

Last summer, my jeep(under warranty still) was towed to the jenkintown dealership. They discovered it was the fuel pump that needed to be replaced. It took a few weeks but whatever. I got it back and not too long after the same issue occurred. They said it was a faulty part and had to keep it for a while to fix. Keep in mind the amount of money I’m spending on Ubers to work at this point. I picked up my vehicle on the way home from work and stopped to get ice cream for my family. I ended up having to walk home from the ice cream parlor because the vehicle wouldn’t start. They said something happened with wiring when fixing the part. That was the end of my car woes in 2022. Fast forward to July 2023, same issue happens with my fuel pump. I get to their dealership July 3rd and they said they can’t look at it until the 7th because of the holiday. Totally understandable. I called multiple times a day for almost two weeks every day after the 7th to see what’s going on with my vehicle. No one returned the messages I left. In the rare chance that a person would actually answer the phone, they would tell me my service provider would call me back. I requested to speak to a manager and they would not put one on the phone with me. The manager never called me back either. I called corporate twice because of and they promised someone would call me in 1-2 days but they didn’t. In the end, I paid over 1k for a “glitch due to corrosion around the fuel pump”. You’re telling me they never show that when they fixed it three different times? I traded my jeep in the next day. I will never buy a jeep again because of this horrible experience. Avoid this dealership and jeeps in general like the plague.

Best Service I’ve received yet.

My service person was Kevin Nice. He lived up to his last name! Kevin was not only super nice but incredibly professional and honest. I seriously thought I was gonna need a new engine (2017 Ram Promaster engine debacle). But not only did I NOT need a new engine, the bill was beyond reasonable. The least amount I have paid on this horrendous POS that Chrysler rolled off their production. I have seriously been THROUGH IT with Ram dealerships. Kevin and Reedman-Toll are keepers.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

I had a scheduled appointment for service for a couple of things for my Jeep: a lease end safety inspection and a power steering issue. I left my vehicle at the dealer the night before and called the next day a few hours before closing for an update. I was told I would receive a call back. I did not. The next day, the same thing. I call, I’m told someone would get back to me, and again, nobody does. On the 3rd day, I leave work early to go to the dealer to check in person. (Oh, did I mention, I’ve been paying for a rental out of pocket for 3 days now). So, when I get to the dealer, it turns out my vehicle hasn’t been checked in yet, and someone should have told me this when I made my appointment. But, oh well, “that’s just how it is around here.” I was furious. I asked for a manager multiple times, only to get, he’s on a call each time. I went back and forth with the rep at the service counter about how poor, no, none existent the communication there was. And, I can’t say for sure that it is her or how they are trained there, but they do not give a crap about the people who bring their vehicles there. They made me feel like it’s my fault for making an appointment and bringing my Jeep to their shop. WHAT WAS I THINKING? Also, to add insult to injury, hearing a mechanic brag about doing one vehicle first over the other because, “I’m gonna make the most on this one right here,” is absolutely disgusting. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THE REEDMAN TOLL JENKINTOWN. All they had to do was let me know it could take days before they would get to my vehicle, and most importantly, call with an update.

Worst Service for Jeeps

Reedman Toll in Jenkintown has proven to be the worse service center for Jeep owners. There staff is a revolving door and they offer zero care or concern for the customer. If i had my choice i would take my vechicle anywhere else but this facility.

oil change

Scheduled service through Mopar.com I was/am quoted as $8.94. I get to the dealership have the oil changed and get charged 94 dollars and change. Very disappointed. Call the dealer(Cherryhill) I bought from they tell me that only new cars get 3 oil changes. I remember being told that I was going to get 3 oil changes by their finance officer. It does not cost 94 dollars to change the oil and filter. Synthetic or not. I have had my Renegade for 2 weeks now and am happy with it. Somewhere lines got crossed... And when that happens the customer is always wrong... Unfortunately

Horrible. Very Dangerous

Do not go here! I was in for service on Thursday the 16th at 10:45 AM. Just a quick Jeep wave oil change and tpm light check. When finished I was heading home when my Jeep started to violently wobble from side to side. Very disturbing. They forgot to tighten ALL of the lug nuts!... I made it back to the shop and got everything fixed. However, I can't get rid of the thought on just how disturbing this mistake was. I could have been killed. I have 3 children and one just got his license. I almost had him take the car in that day. There has be NO response or survey. I sent several messages to John-head of service. No response. They are hiding! I waited for a survey of some sort but it never came. Chapman Jeep and Lansdale Jeep are not far from there with proper service. Go there instead. Don't mess with a potential death because of poor service.

Sales Manager

I went to go purchase a 2017 Dodge Durango and the price that was listed on the internet was different from they what told me. Although the sales guy Jeff was nice his boss sucked!! The truck was listed for 33135 and he tried to sale it to me for 38,000. Once I said no told him that I would goes somewhere else he told me that no other dealer would give me the truck I want for the price I was asking for. Guess what I did get the same exact truck for the price I was looking for!!!! I would never recommend anyone to go there EVER!!!
